So for you guys that do cycles, what do you do to fight off the depression from not having the extra boost from gear? I noticed the gym and all is harder to go to and I feel weaker. I am currently going off cycle and I hate it. I just want to get my body reset. I will probably get on TRT since my test levels were low anyways in a month or so.

I really think cruising is the way to go. It might be a hot take but I feel it’s healthier on the body than blasting and hopping into a pct
100 percent agreed, especially if you plan on doing this for a while. No point to PCT and loose half your gains and shock your body crashing to 0 testosterone for a month just to do it all over again. If your worried about fertility or coming off down the line run plenty of HCG to keep the nuts alive and well.
Right, if you want to do a cycle once in a while then pct is fine. Long haul def cruise. The fertility thing is a little overblown, every body builder was able to have kids when the time comes, only downfall is it could take time. Hcg, Clomid, and if really needed hmg. If you don’t have something you were born with that makes you infertile, you will eventually get your sperm back with a proper protocol. If you are concerned about fertility in a short time (as in you wanted to have a kid right when you want, and don’t want to have to wait up to a year or so) stay on hcg
Ok so if you cruise what would be a proper amount of HCG to use? I hear and read so many different things on dosage.
250-500 3x a week should be enough. And yeah like he said, I've been on cycle/cruise the last 8 months straight and just got the wife pregnant. I'm running 500 IU EOD

There are some circumstances where it makes more sense to cruise. If you’ve been lifting for a long time and really dedicated to this lifestyle. You’ve ran a few cycles and know your body tolerates gear, and you plan to continue cycling regularly with no plans of stopping anytime soon. At that point if makes more sense to cruise. It seems to be more damaging to your health to go on and off over and over again. But if you don’t check all or most of those boxes I’d advise against it. You don’t want to find yourself in the position of not lifting and living the lifestyle anyone after a few years, or not running gear anymore but still having to pin yourself twice a week forever. It gets old quick.
There’s a few downsides of staying on though even at very low TRT doses, like 100mg a week or less. For many the RBC issues don’t go away. This typically normalizes once you get off cycle, but not always on TRT. And this one of the most problematic short term side effects and can cause you serious issues. So you have to watch that. Lipids seem to also take a hit even on low dose TRT. BP tends to rise some. Besides that it’s mostly gravy lol. With TRT you want to be on the lowest dose that keeps you in normal range and feeling good. For most this is usually somewhere between 75-125mg a week. Properly dosed pharm grade test that is. Some may need a little more. But you can maintain a lot of muscle with test levels beaten 800-1000ng/dl, since they remain constant at all times. None of the ups and downs like with natural testosterone levels where all sorts of things negatively impact your levels.
Best to do it the right way though and get a script. For legal purposes, and so you have someone monitoring you.
Blast into PCT would be my worst fear ever, I think blast trt then pct is what I'd do if I was going cold turkey
I can only say two things, after 40yo TRT may be a huge benefit, only bloods will tell. As far as feeling bad, it’s the same as feeling good, you have to remember it’s the drugs talking.
Ranger3252I would honestly just cruise, especially at your age. Maybe take 200mg of test per week. Take 100 mg every three days. Keep up on blood work, until your next blast. Feeling depressed and unmotivated sucks man. You will get through it.

What hurts your body more? The super high dose to just crash to zero and tax your body and gains just to do it all over again? Or cruise and risk cholesterol and BP issue? Just asking for a friend
I think it depends on how often someone cycles. if you’re running say 12 week cycles and going back on after just 12-16 weeks off, over and over again i think your better off just staying on a low TRT dose. Then you’re not crashing your body only to shut it back down again right when things start to normalize. But some guys run just 1 cycle a year and are spending 8-9 months off each year and it’s probably healthier for them to cycle off. Assuming they still have relatively normal natural test levels.
Liquid L-Carnitine. It increases AR sensitivity and libido. There's a brand that comes in a red bottle and has 3 different forms of it and it's the best one. It's the only thing keeping my libido alive right now since I'm not on cycle. Warning tho.. if you use a lot of it pre cycle, once you get on cycle you will be watching all forms of porn everyday.

After I finished my 1st cycle I had depression for a couple of days that was pretty bad "tren induced" so L Theanine was pretty helpful. Running a cruise afterwards is helpful instead of coming completely off and your test levels tanking Into the dirt and then loosing all your gains you just made. Lifetime choice though! Cruise train is the way!!! In my opinion of course
I have been told over and over by a lot of guys that TRT is the way to go. I have a friend who got on it and it helped him get ripped. I plan on seeing a doctor in September. I just need my levels to get back down so they will prescribe me. I was at 372 before this cycle and felt like shit.
TRT definitely won’t get you ripped. That comes down to diet. But having optimal test levels helps in that endeavor, and low test levels can make it more challenging.
Yes I get that, diet is important which i have been adjusting mine. As you can see by my profile pic which is recent I am not ripped but I am in okay shape just need a lot more work to get to where I want to be and that's why I am asking about this TRT and cruise stuff. I had low test before this cycle, it was at 372 which is the lower end of so called normal.
I suppose it would be nice to have a script for legal reasons and be able to fly in a plane with your gear or whatever, but I prefer just to cruise on my own. Could be a long drawn out process to get your script as well from what I have read. Multiple visits spanned across many months. May be faster/easier to go with an online clinic ? I'm sure some guys will comment further on this, as this is not something I am savvy in.

When I got on TRT I called and setup the appointments on like a Thursday. They did bloods Monday and I had the appointment to review my blood work and talk about treatment that Wednesday. And I had a 150mg shot of test in my ass before I walked out lol. And script in hand. I was pretty damn surprised by how seamless and quick it all was. This is a local clinic and they take insurance so it’s all dirt cheap. My test script is $10 every 10 weeks.
Online clinics will get you going quick too, but they tend to be expensive with monthly membership fees, and some make you buy their test for way too much money. And it’s always compounding pharmacy test which is just a legal UGL.
The key is to call around and talk to different places. I had to call a few before I found this place.

Ok so on your cruise, do you take clomid everyday or how do you keep the balls working right?
Negative, just took 175mg test per week and no issue with the balls. Clomid is a post cycle therapy kind of drug. If you cruise on test, you have no need for pct drugs
Clomid is also taken on TRT/cruise to preserve fertility and keel some testicular function, keep the boys full size, if that matters to you. Poor mans HCG basically. 25mg eod is usually sufficient for that purpose.

For what it’s worth I’ve flown domestically and internationally with UGL gear and never once had an issue. I put the vials in my carry on in one of those TSA approved insulin bags and the pins and syringes in my checked. I also let the vials sit in warm water for about 15 minutes and peel the labels off. TSA has never checked my carry on with the vials though. I totally get not wanting to take the risk, I’m just sharing my personal experience.
Cruising is definitely the way to go… just enough every week to not make you feel like shit and then you can lower it weekly after that until you are off completely, or just stay very low dose until next cycle.
