If you could have 1 Wish granted this Christmas, what would it be? It can be something for yourself materialistically or goal/ambition related, can be for someone else or people in the world. Can be for anything at all - can even be for the sex change you've been after @Drexyl
Mine is hoping that I can get my home on the market and sold within 6 months and actually make it happen this time lol

My Christmas wish would be for all the sick and suffering out there to find their way home. There's a better way to live. Just have to want it.
Exactly buddy - reaching the point where you WANT it for yourself more than anything else is the only way you will reach that destination, not doing it to make others happy or because its the right thing to do but because its what you want

I get my joy giving gifts and just dont ask for anything. Not that theres things i wouldnt enjoy but ive seen the worst in the world. Seeing people rise above makes me happy. The underdogs. I definitly am not the person with everything or really anything. Im just a poor trash type but it is what it is. Happy for what i have and pushing for what i earn.

We'd be 3 deep in a 2 man cell, 1 man on the floor with his feet by the toilet - like "man, we live in a fucking bathroom." Toilets have a lot of uses. Some motherfuckers even washed their clothes in the toilet but I just put in the extra work and washed my shit in the sink - fuck all that. They say it's stainless and bacteriostatic but when you're in a corner cell and the toilet adjacent to yours (that's also connected) flushes and a fresh turd floats up you know what time it is.

I've been saving up for another round of mods to my project car. It needs a trans rebuild which will be at least $5k. I really want to have a new turbo kit built which will be around the same. The car really needs a standalone ecu to have everything running as it should which all said and done will be around $10k. A few random bits and pieces to get replaced while the trans is out will be under $1k. Finally i want to replace the stock rear axles with upgraded ones now before i snap one leaving the line which is another $1500.
So a $25k gift certificate to my builders shop would really hit the spot for me. Until i get used to it and feel the need to turn it up again.
My Christmas wish is to have enough money so my new wife and I could go on some kind of honeymoon. @anvil. Happy yule brother, hope you and your loved ones stay safe and have a good time.

Surgery 3 weeks ago. ATV accident last month. Destroyed my shoulder on dominant (right) side.

Yes a 4 wheeler. Displacement fracture of the humerus, torn labrum and bicep, full front to back tear of rotator cuff. 3 hour surgery, rotator was almost completely ripped off. Bicep shifted out of place so he had to completely cut and reset. Started PT this week but have to stay in this sling for 2 months still. 20 weeks of PT is expected.
Ohh Jesus mate I am truly sorry for what has happened, christ it sounds like virtually everything was affected then. Was this a perfectly good shoulder beforehand or had you had any of the usual rotator cuff troubles that we get? All I can say is try and stay as positive as you can, but I know its extremely tough also. I know when I had a couple of hamstring tears and shoulder/pec problems all you want to do is train again and would give anything to be able to do so. Try and look at the bigger picture and say to yourself that this time will pass, things WILL move on and in the bigger scheme of things its just a moment of time that you cannot do anything about. Can you still hit legs with things like leg presses, hack squats, calves etc so at least you can still be training and keeping up your appetite?
Nope it was all good beforehand bro. Hey man I’m fortunate it wasn’t worse, I hit the ground at high speed so I could’ve easily suffered a bad head injury on top of other things. I was surprised all the real damage was isolated to that area. Buddy I’m glass half full so I know I’m gonna get back where I was one day at a time, I’ll get there. Yea I can still do some things, I have a home gym so i atleast get in there and get the blood flowing. Leg extensions, ham curls, isolation movements with my good side. I don’t dwell on things i can’t change so I’ve been in a good state of mind moving forward. I was 10 days into my cycle when it happened so it sucks, but better than being right smack in the middle. I’ll have it to look forward to once I am able to get back.
I really really wish that this coming year goes good and it extends the length of time I have with my family.
I’m holding off on the sex change operation until it doesn’t work anymore, but with some of the dick pills these sources have I’ll be in the casket with a boner when I’m 107. As far as a Christmas wish, I’m a glass half full kind of guy. I’m just happy to wake up every morning. It’d be ridiculous to ask to change the world, but if I can have anything, I’d absolutely love for a mom out there, a single mom, no parents, no husband, and a very sick child, to have her life lighten up. Let the child heal, a job she’s been trying for comes through. A better place to live works out. Some woman that cries every night and hasn’t had a good nights sleep in a long time. That would make me smile.
Edit- He’s dead now, but if they ever do a movie about my life, I want David Warner to play me. Gary Oldman as a pinch hitter, but I think Warner would nail it. This could be done with AI technology. That’d be a nice gift down the road lol

It’s absolutely something that most wouldn’t think. I have a huge soft spot for those that are truly unfortunate. Not those who put themselves in tough situations because of bad decisions, I’ve done that myself and had to dig myself out, but some people just get dealt the worst hand possible. It touches me even harder if there’s a child involved, they’re truly innocent. Yeah Santa, do something nice for a needing mother and child this year, for ol’ Drex here, that would make him happy.
