+ 7 RIGHT TIME TO GET OFF !?
At first excuse my not so perfect english, but it's important for me that people learn when its time for a break. No I don't mean a TRT or crusing, I talk about a full OFF.
The body gives u warnings, like depression, heart problems or u're already addicted to take steroids.
Exactly if these things happen, STOP YOUR CYCLE AND GO OFF.
Take out all the things u take, even if its just a low dose test dosage and switch into a good PCT.
Personally I don't take Clomiphene or Tamoxifene and all this oral stuff. My opinion, the best PCT is HCG/HMG only.
U can support this two compounds with Vit C , D3/K2, MACA or/and Tribulus.
I personally kept it always simple, no matter how harsh the cycle was.
I took out all compounds except Testosterone, used 100mg Test C per week for 8 weeks than I stopped the Test. and started with HCG and HMG (from pharmacy).
3x 500IU HCG
2x 75 up to 150IU HMG
per week
Mo HCG
Tue HMG
Wed HCG
Thurs HMG
Fri HCG
Sat /
Sun /
U can support this with 2IU GH daily if u can affort it, I always used HGH cause its legal in my country and good HGH isn't very expensive if u take 'only' 2 IUs daily.
Why I write this posting?
I see more and more young people and people in my age they take roids way too long, a break is necessary - even if you're fit and healthy and blood works are ok.
I recommend a break of minimum 6 months every 2 years if u use a low dose and every 3-4 years if u take high dosages and harsh stuff like Tren, Halo, Oxy and so on.
Another important thing is that u do a heart CT every year, it tells u things they a bloodwork doesn't show (heart size, function of all veins, coronary vessels and so on)
Regarding the PCT, if u prefer an oral PCT ask people they are experts for this and my advice, no matter if u make an HCG/HMG or an oral TRT, use a bit Arimidex, it helps the body for a faster recovery and a better and more stable hormone recovery.
In the beginning its possible that u feel weak and depressed but within a few weeks u feel already better and months later if u start a cycle again u feel the full power of the compounds again!
Stay safe and don't do anything alone if you have not the knowledge, I'm sure lot members here can help u and also don't go to a doctor, I know a doc is always the best way but in this case definitely not, most give u a harsh Clomiphene dosage and u feel sick as f**k!

EfficientPhysiologyI def agree. When you reach the point where you have tried switching different compounds in and out and no matter you do you are no longer seeing any progress I'd say it's time to take a much needed break. It's def worth it when you go back on and will make more Gaines in the long run not to mention just feel better in general.
Nice writing brother, hope you are doing well!!
trash300Thank u mate!
Just after she does.
Fuck that. Im winning that race!
How many weeks do you do the hcg/hmg? The whole 6months or the 4-6 weeks?
trash300I recommand 10-12 weeks, longer makes less sense but if u have some HCG left u can use the rest of the HCG only for further 2-4 weeks but than I'd drop to 3x 250IU / week. But keep an eye on your E2 level.
Nice. Thanks!
I recently had to cut an Eq cycle short but was going to cruise on test. I felt fatigued, had issues sleeping as well as some other issues and decided it was time to take off for at least six months. My protocol is a little bit different because I do use the standard Clomid nolva mix but before I do so, I start taking hcg after 10 days of last test e shot about 500 mcg every 3rd day for 3 weeks with proviron. Then I go into pct and usually my levels come back and i recover nicely. People will say hematocrit levels or estro but it’s hard for me to get bloods because I live in a state that needs script. My yearly is coming up in February so I will check my levels then.
I’m absolutely one of those guys that advocates for coming off long periods of time because health is most important.
trash300I hope u feeling already good and as I've written, its very hard for me to give advice regarding Clom. and Tamox. cause I never used this medication. In the late 90s I used Clomid after a Test./Primo. cycle and I felt horrible, like my E2 is too low but it was in range. But I felt ill and exhaused. Good that u mention Proviron, its also a good support but most people use too much, 25mg the first weeks than 12.5 are enough, I see a lot guys they take 50-100mg, sure u can do this during a harsh cycle if needed but not in the PCT, a very important thing is also to use NO caber, cause it has a very bad effect in the PCT, if test levels are sinking to the normal range and u take caber it can cause a fatal hormone crash if u manipulate prolactine during the PCT time or even the off time. Off means really off, supplements yes but no medication (only if needed like I need medication for blood preasure or liver)
I was surprised to see this post but much appreciated. Most guys I've seen don't seem to PCT like you and I do but this is a bit of good info. Your philosophy is a bit different but if this works for you then that's key. I'll keep it short and simple, so yeah those supplements you mentioned do support the endocrine system while
coming off so thanks for mentioning that also. Also thanks for mentioning the panel and heart testing. Some things are a bit different but I like what I read from you. To each their own though. At the end of the day it's more about safety than gains, but some say gains over safety. And I agree if not a professional no need to go all out with dosages. But anyways thanks again.
trash300I have to thank u for all these kind words, stay stafe mate!
Thank you for posting this, good advice
anvilI am all for harm mitigation and we should always proceed with caution.
I'm just curious how you came up with 6 months off every two years. Is there a reason to wait 2 years to come off or? I would just want to explain that if someone asked. Because if you are saying come off and blood work looks good and everything looks healthy, what health markers am I looking at?
With being said I appreciate the post, it's important to look at the long game.
trash300Every 2 years for 6months minimum mate, the reason is because after 2 years a continuous load starts. Heart, liver, kidneys and other organs can't recover anymore, so if u take out all compounds the body starts a kind of 'healing process' , I read a lot of books and it is also a very important timeframe in multiple medical things like cancer therapy, here u can see that u get also a break after a max. time of 2 years so that the body/brain is able to recover. Now the question, why a longer on phase after a harsh cycle, the reason is if u take more u're mostly (hopefully) at another level and the body takes longer to grow, so here I see way more benefits to be longer on roids and than off for a longer period (6-9 months). I saw many people they did it this way and had the most success and the best recovery than people they did a shorter cycle phase and switched into a TRT after the cycle, here the most heart issues were noted cause the permanent exo. test the body gets.
That doesn't mean its bad to run a TRT but u have to do it right, TRT is 75-100mg Test. per week max. and not 250-500mg, thats already a regular 'cycle'.
Regarding your question: cholesterol, bmp panels and whole cmp panels, its also important, especially if u're over 40 to check your prostate, if its enlarged ask the doc if u need an alpha blocker or if a kidney supplement is enough. Prostate cancer is very underrated, the most underrated health issue after kidney probs.
Thanks that u like my post mate and well said, the long game is the most important thing, if u don't know your limits u see what with Nasser ElSonbaty happened!
anvilI like your reply, thanks.
I wanted to add in the part of this break let's the organs heal because all new cell grow with taking GH and gear is being programmed for muscle and not organ repair like it would normally be. There is way better medical terms I'm sure but this is very true and goes right along with what you are saying.
I just heard something like that on a elitefts podcast. Dude said past 200mg a week your body will stop using your satallite cells to heal your organs and is instead putting them to your muscles.
anvilWish I read your post before I said the same exact thing.
Nah, now theres 2 people saying it. Even better!
My man Dave Tate!! lol
Lol I love that guy. I just wish I could afford his products!
He doesn't mince his words does he lol I use to watch all his videos on improving bench and deads, would be awesome to be near a gym like that to go and train at. Top level coaching, equipment and the lot. Imagine if you were 15/16 like a lot of these kids nowadays and could start off somewhere like there - you'd be strong as fuck by 21!!!
Oh yeah for sure. Having back youth and getting to stand on the shoulders of those giants... Would be amazing.
Sensible words mate, I hope you are keeping well
trash300Thank u my friend!
