+ 6 Do I eat enough?

ad

In the last years, especially the younger people do the biggest mistake in the diet u can do, they eat too less!

I'm sure there are already a lot topics bout that subject in the forum but I can't tell it often enough.

Diet means u prepare for a comp. , "summer body" or u try to get generally in a good healthy diet and not to get skinny or flat.

I keep it short and simple, remember the word healthy!

A diet should need 12 up to 20 weeks, not less not longer.

5 facts and points u have to do for a healthy diet:

  • Don't eat too less, drop your carbs/fats slow.

  • Drink enough water, with a healthy diet / healthy meals a lot of water doesnt make u look bloated.

  • Eat regulary, every 2.5hrs is a must.

  • Don't abuse steroids or other medical products to get better results, for sure u can use stuff which support you (no advice!) but don't abuse gear.

  • Less food means less energy, so change your workout routine and don't do too much cardio.

That are the main basics u have to follow - if u've further questions just ask in the comments.

I was over 10 years comp. bodybiilder and have a few guys they are working with me, everyone has great success.

Patience , motivation and effort are the keys to success!

I still laugh every time someone asks me, what exercise do you do to get abs. I competed in my late twenties and now I just turned 50 and still have managed to keep lean. The answer is always the same. Eat the way you want to look. If you want to put on 30 lb you have to eat like you want to put on 30 lb. If you want to look like a chicken McNugget eat chicken McNuggets. In order to put on significant body weight, whether you're bulking or whether you're cutting the secret is two grams of protein per pound, low carbs (more carbs bulking but still clean) and moderate fat

This is so true, ever since I have focused on my diet my physique had drastically changed for us better and I feel better and an actually healthier, plus I'm still getting gains----

I think a lot of times we can answer our questions on diet just by feel of the body. If you are losing weight you aren’t eating enough cals (or you are sickly). If you are getting fat and soft then maybe you are eating too much. Put as much brain energy into tweaking your macros as you do into slamming weights and growth can’t stay away.
