So according to an interview he decided to down size after his movie Knock at the Cabin. He says he wants to be the size of his co- stars. Claims his cardio consists of cycling and boxing and I agree boxing is the best cardio ever. He also said he consumes 2500 calories/ day. So yeah it's true. Not saying the guy is lying but it's just hard to see that he's 240 regardless of his height. One of my training partners is the same height(6'4) and weight and he looks bigger than Batista does now
