B complex shots. Any updates from those who regularly use them?

ad

Starting mine later today. Did a search and seems like the threads about B complex shots are pretty old.

Any updates for people who regularly use them? What amount do you take?

My vial is:
B1 50mg
B6 250mg
B12 5000mg

Musclemem's picture

So I’m currently doing B12 once a month and Vit C once a week and B6 once a month.

I’m wondering if I start shooting a complex along with my b12 and injectable vitamin E. Will that stop my hot flashes if I start my Parabolin again. I miss her so much lol

Yea he drove garbage trucks in Europe for awhile. I believe one country was Germany according to what he said. He said the pay was better and the garbage wasn't as bad as America which didn't make any sense to me. As long as you have a lot of people there will always be a lot of garbage and it all smells the same basically

ChuckThaDuck22's picture

Fuckin trash is trash, only rusty would have the sniffer to distinguish euro trash vs American trash.

I’ll always remember his gear pics from 1992 . The promo from 1996 etc etc

Is it Cyanocobalamin?

BodyChipper's picture

Info just states:

Contains (per vial):

Vitamin B1 50mg (50,000 mcg)

Vitamin B6 250mg (250,000 mcg)

Vitamin B12 5mg (5,000 mcg)

I took 1/3cc instead of a full cc to start (also, damn that's a lot of volume.)

DeeMan's picture

How many cc per vial?
Cyanocobalamin contains a bit of cyanide but it's harmless but still trash in my opinion

BodyChipper's picture

305mg, supposed to reconstitute with 5mL BAC, then take up to 1mL a day.

It is lyophilized but not sure freeze drying has anything to do with the type of b vitamin forms are in it.

eighty7's picture

That's terrible advice. It's extremely bad for you especially when used long term how most vitamins are. It also has aluminum in it which builds up in the kidneys. Then your kidneys won't function properly. It's also linked to bone disease, central nervous system toxicity. I can go on and on but why take a synthetic vitamin to begin with when it's not even utilized by your body which defeats the purpose of taking vitamins to begin with.

DeeMan's picture

Like injecting a toxic oral wouldn't affect the liver because it bypassed it, now that's kinda terrible advice too lol. Remember I told you it ends up in the liver, I wasn't lying. Everything including vitamins end up metabolized in the liver regardless what route taken. Just saying man. But to your point I shouldn't of said harmless because nothing about Cyanide is harmless.
So in your opinion any vitamin in pill or any other man made form is useless? I take alot of vitamins. Have done that damn near all my life. I'm not questioning your knowledge just asking

eighty7's picture

When did I mention liver? Are you referencing the guy shoving pills in his ass? Not all but many injections bypass the liver on the first pass. Thay doesn't mean they won't go through the liver at all.

DeeMan's picture

And Rusty gave that dude horrible advice. I refuse to say what he told dude

eighty7's picture

You can tell that jockstrap guy is Rusty because he leaves out words randomly.
Everything he writes is an incomplete sentence

DeeMan's picture

Gotta holler at you about something else though. Something way more important than that dude

I have nothing to add to the this thread since I'm mostly just here to learn about it B complex, but I had to interject because I 100% agree.

Every time I see that guy's avatar I am physically repulsed. I have an unwarranted hatred of the guy for no other reason.

DeeMan's picture

@Drask88 @eighty7 @ChuckThaDuck22 ...hey @Jockstrap you should wear makeup cause most of your life just made up!!!

DeeMan's picture

Yeah that guy. So I thought you were saying because it bypassed liver that it wouldn't end up being metabolized in the liver in the end. That's how I took it. A LOT of folks think that though

eighty7's picture

A lot of people don't know what they're doing then.

DeeMan's picture

Yep

eighty7's picture

He was in his late 40s when he joined eroids and that was what like 12 years ago. So he's around 60 years old and never managed to accomplish anything not even putting on an ounce of muscle without also gaining lots of fat. Yet he's giving advice as an advanced user.

DeeMan's picture

you've always ripped him up. Yeah he's gotta be over 50 for sure. He's like what 5'5 245 now. Straight penguin!

eighty7's picture

Pretty much anything synthetic won't be utilized as well or at all in some cases.

You know when drug companies do studies on vitamins and they say look vitamins don't work. They always use synthetic versions of vitamins like D, C, and B.

Cyanocobalamin that you'd buy in the store is more than likely made from genetically modified bacteria that eats shit and then produces the the synthetic vitamin.

Most people who use vitamins use them for a long time. And all that build up of aluminum will mess up your kidneys. Plus synthetic vitamin like vitamin b are linked to all types of diseases and disorders.

robb's picture

Watched a documentary about multi vitamins. To sum it up, they said there all a waste of money. They do next to nothing.
The study was by a UK university not the programme produces. They definitely convinced me.

eighty7's picture

I've seen a study like that and they claimed vitamin c does not cure scurvy. They used synthetic vitamin c. But everyone knows scurvy is caused by a lack of vitamin c so yes real vitamin c will cure scurvy.

DeeMan's picture

I wouldn't doubt that in many cases Robb. Also a lot of folks can't even digest those hard ass rock solid pills so how could you benefit from that lol.

DeeMan's picture

O yeah aluminum is definitely a factor no doubt and that can't be argued and it will shut down your kidneys. I honestly don't trust alot of drug companies when they talk down on some vitamins because I know they have their own agenda going on and they're in cahoots with the Docs. That's what it is. But to your point most man made things are usually terrible. For example there is synthetic vit e and the more natural vit e from mixed tocophenols. No way in hell that synthetic e works as good. That's just one example

eighty7's picture

Even when not synthetic some vitamins need fat to be absorbed and that's why companies make liposomal vitamins.

DeeMan's picture

Yeah vit e, a D3 and others could be delivered a bit more efficient with liposomal. That have an Easter C that's made with liposomal delivery.

eighty7's picture

D3 and C are the most popular sold in liposomal form because those need fat. If you ate raw liver you'd be set.

DeeMan's picture

Yeah normally C is water soluble but out of say 1 gram you're more than likely to absorb only 500mg or close to that. Folks taking grams of that stuff aren't absorbing it all. But this ester of C is more fat soluble so yeah mostly liposomal

DeeMan's picture

More like 5 grams than a gram

eighty7's picture

I think most injectables are the bad version of b vitamins

BodyChipper's picture

K. I doubt I'd get more than this one vial anyway unless I have amazing results energy-wise. I know some people take them to deal with GLP-1 med fatigue, and some people take them in general so I wanted to try it and see.
