+ 1 2 Cycles Same Gear & Dosage

I did 2 10 week cycles of Parabolan 400mg/week, Primo 600 mg/week and Var 25mg/day for last 6 weeks.
The first cycle I worked out 5 days a week 20-25 total sets per workout.
Second cycle I worked out every 3rd day like Metzner. I did 9 total sets but to complete failure.
The results were great with both but the second cycle gave me more mass and strength.
Diet was similar but not exact because I like to cheat.
Overall the second cycle produced a much better physique the only thing better on the first cycle was slightly more vascular.
I like to switch up workouts and see for myself what works and what doesn’t.

I am not surprised at all that you got bigger and stronger from the second cycle buddy, there are some very simple reasons for that too. You are having 2 full rest days back to back before each training session, this means that you can eat heavy and get in plenty of food and rest in between each session which is vital when getting bigger and stronger - where as if you are looking to get leaner and more muscular this isn't as much as an issue as you want your metabolism ramped up high. In the first workout/cycle you were doing 20 to 25 sets per workout - again this works well for conditioning and hypertrophy but not for strength. This in my opinion is too much if you are wanting to get the strongest you can. If you already have 2 to 3 years training under your belt and are not a newbie, then 2 working sets to failure after warming up is all you need to do for strength and in fact I would warn against doing more than that per exercise especially when going to failure. Now don't get me wrong there are unique genetically gifted guys who can simply smash weights all day and not really seem to get over trained and continue to gain mass, but these are normally the guys who end up on the Olympia stage
Hey pal I thought the same but don’t the juice make us recover quicker anyway. Personally I feel the workouts are of such higher quality overall. Have you ever heard of Static Contraction? If so what’s your thoughts?
The Steroids make you recover quicker yes, but you have to remember that the weights you are lifting and the overall workload is much higher so therefore you need the gear to help you lift it and to keep making progress. So what I mean is you don't keep lifting the weights you were using when natural, you progress to a new higher level but now need that gear to stay at the higher level. What happens is the stronger you get the more time you need to recover and rest as the work volume and loading is depleting the CNS and muscle more.
In regards to Static contraction training, I'm not too sure what I think of it bud. I did a few months of it about 4 or 5 years ago now particularly on bench where I would overload the bar and hold it out, then also do press's with it for the final few inches of the movement. Kinda similar is where you push the bar up against the safety racks underneath them and hold it at full push for as long as you can. In all honesty all that really resulted from me doing it was that I got very sore joints particularly shoulders, because basically the joints are withstanding the full load of it all rather than the muscle. I still favour putting the muscle through a full range of motion rather than a partial movement, I just don't see how it can be as stimulated and developed if its only moving a bar 1 or 2 inches. Plus you want to feel good after you have trained, if you only do partials that just doesn't happen at least not for me. You need the full blood flush.
Just to add, idk how concrete this evidence is, I think you’d be almost guaranteed to grow more the second time, not necessarily a greater change but in the mirror you should look better at the end of the second cycle then at the end of the first. And even if you went back to the same starting point you’ll then have muscle memory working in your favor. If you try it again I’d be interested to see what would happen if you did the mentzer style trianing for the first cycle instead of second.
Good point! I didn’t do it back to back. I waited a decent amount of time but I really like the short high intensity workouts so much more plus no need to wait for the little punk bitches sitting on a bench looking at their cell phones. So now I walk up and ask how many texts you have left.
I don’t think 10 weeks of parabolan even comes close to breaking the surface of its potential.
Chad what do you recommend as a parabolan cycle. 15 weeks?
That sounds good I would even say up to 20 if you can handle it and aren’t prone to Tren sides as long as the bloods look good. I’m a big fan of longer cycles at moderate dosages.
Any reason for no testosterone? Did you feel alright?
I’m waiting for my super test. Hopefully it arrives soon so I can blast off.

I don’t always use test. Sometimes test P but Test E and Cyp give me crazy water retention.

I knew everyone would question the No Test choice. Now I’m going to start the GH again for 6months to a year with Test E or Sus.
I’ve ran a cycle without test. Although, I had ment in there which can provide essentially the same functions. It’s works on paper, but in practice… I wasn’t happy with the results
I know test should always be part of a cycle. I learn the hard way.

Your E2 had to have been crushed. I couldn’t handle that
I didn’t notice. I was feeling good. Libido was strong no nothing. I didn’t do bloods so it’s hard to say for sure but I felt like Superman. I know I need to do bloods and run at least a small test dose but I’m thick headed
The only reason it probably wasnt living hell is because it was tren hex and only ran it 10 weeks, if he tried it with tren ace or even enanthate, I bet it would be a different story, maybe not tho. Idk that’s just my guess
I handle tren exceptionally well. Just a little hot flashes but that’s about it. Hex is so much more tolerable than Tren A in my book. I enjoy Tren hex.
Ya I’ve heard that a lot, I forget what it was but I think there’s something about it that makes it much different then the other two. It was very popular in the 90s and maybe even earlier, a lot of dudes don’t even realize parabolan is tren. I think jay cutler said “ we never had tren back then” but then will say he used parabolan lol.
Results are comparable but sides are much less. Or maybe I’m just a Hex junkie hahaha
That’s what I thought. Can’t imagine running something like this without a test base.
