Does anyone know of any good skin tag removal cream products or anything like that. I only know of one good one. It comes in a blue box and says mole and wart remover. It’s instantly removed but it’s 85$ for a tiny tiny amount. Enough for maybe 2.

They usually just burn off skin tags at the dermatologist though they will often cut out moles because of the cancer concern. The burning method is not very expensive I think I paid $150 for several to be removed. I told them beforehand that I would pay and not insurance.
I went to a dermatologist one time when I was like 12 or 13 to get some skin thing removed. They took this gun with a hot needle point and burned it off. After they did it I went: "thats it? I could have done that at home with a needle and a lighter". The doctor goes "well no you really have to make sure everything is sterile or it can go wrong"... "so I just wipe it with an alcohol pad first and then put some neosporin on it afterwards?" I dont remember what happened after that but over years I have burned a few things off my and other peoples skin with a lighter and a needle and some neosporin. It works very well if you have a steady hand and know how to be careful. I have a running joke that 'I'm a practicing dermatologist" haha.

It was on my back and just started to notice it had become raised and the border had changed, as soon as the doctor saw it they ordered it to be removed. I thought it would just be frozen off but it was scalpel out time Lol As a young kid I tried to get one off and it went sore and bad - anything like that mate I would just see your doctor about as its iffy territory.

For sure! They said I would hear back in 6 weeks if it was cancerous, I may have to go back in also if they didn't go deep enough. She went in 2mm into tissue, the anaesthetic they put in didn't really work so I felt most of it! Lol Just go for the Cindy Crawford look mate and keep the moles
