Scar tissue from injecting (havent seen the video sorry)? I don't know how you can have scar issue from injecting. There are so many easy injection sites honestly. Without counting delts and legs (cause I hate injection those lol) I got 8 different sites I can hit. Imo if scar tissue becomes an issue, said person is just uninformed.
That being said, thanks for sharing the wealth!
I get scar tissue from pinning, can't even pin VG anymore. Used to be the easiest place to pin.
I also have a skin and connective tissue condition which causes excessive scarring build up.
It's a lifelong struggle but could be worse, I have a mild version compared to some but it can be a bitch at times.
I don't do as much mitigation as I should but I need to get on it more. I used to go to a sports massage therapist, dude was a reincarnation of a Catholic inquisitor, he could get me to confess any sin.
Lmao at sports massage therapist doubling as inquisitor. The scar tissue issue sounds rough man. I can imagine how much struggle pinning must be while dealing with that.
I absolutely agree with this. It's gotta be genetic or something. Some guys pin 1.5' 21-23 gauge regularly with no problems. Other guys resorting to insulin pins all over the place.
I try to use 25-27
Not from injecting. The dude tore up his tendon in his knee and was doing a technique to try and break up the scar tissue after it was healing.
Ahh my bad lol.
I actually went into the video assuming it was from injecting also Lol I was lost on why he was peeling eggs and what that had to do with it at first!! LMAO
Well shit... Probably shoulda worded my title better lol... Next time.
It’s called flossing. Some people swear by it. Don’t know if it’s actually scientifically tested or if it’s all anecdotal success stories.
Always fun seeing a dude who has no idea what he’s talking about explain things that do work though lol. Knew that immediately when he explained why he takes the baking soda.
Is this Nerve Flossing/Nerve Glide bud? Whats your belief on using rollers before or after training such as on hamstrings/glutes to improve recovery on things like deads? My hams and glutes are always holding me back in soreness and stiffness over anything else. Take forever to heal.

Here this is what the dude was trying to accomplish
Interesting stuff - were you trying all these techniques after your surgery?
Bet your ass I was lol
No it’s not for nerves. You compress a muscle really fuckin hard and then take it through its full ROM. Easy to do on the legs, not so much for other body parts. So say you have knee pain, you wrap up your lower leg below the patella to about mid calf, grab another band and wrap up the upper leg from top of knee cap as far up your quad you can get. And I mean so tight that it hurts. You do 15-20 body weight squats, and pop the bands off. You’ll get this big blood rush feeling into your knees. It does provide temporary relief but I can’t say if it actually “fixes” things.
I don’t think you’re gonna speed up recovery appreciably using foam rollers. You get temporary relief. But it won’t make muscles heal faster than all that gear in your body
If you like rolling and it gives you a sense of relief then keep doing it.
I noticed super tight wraps on elbows and knees not only helps my joints tremendously but also seems to focus all the weight of the lift into the target muscle. Like benching with elbow wraps feels like all the weight gets put straight on my pecs. And my elbows feel great. But I have to unwrap in between sets cus it cuts off all circulation. But the joint actually feels better after as well, not just while it’s wrapped, so idk if the pressure somehow gives it some relief and then it last longer or idk
