Someone walks up to the StairMaster, cranks it straight to Level 15, and immediately transitions into survival mode. They’re leaning forward at a 45-degree angle, knuckles turning white, holding onto the handrails like they’re dangling off the edge of a cliff.

Here is the ultimate gym truth bomb: If you have to support your entire body weight with your arms just to keep up with the machine, the machine is winning. You aren't.

That’s like making fun of fat people at the gym, everyone has to start somewhere. Seeing fat people at the gym is comforting, better than seeing them stuff their faces.

I agree. Weird post, not a fan of putting people down. Ultimately putting in 6/10 effort consistently is going to beat someone who goes 10/10 then skips because they are hot and cold.

I fucking love cardio man, I just do zone 2 on the treadmill though. Max incline 2.5-3mph, feels great and awesome for the blood work. Funny to see people hanging on though like bro just slow it down
