I mean I can, and I'm going to but now that I have everything I need I want to hop on so bad.

In the past week or so I've lost about 13 pounds on a cut, been doing keto the past few days and after I got over the carb flu I've felt pretty alright physically. Upped my cardio, walking at least a half hour a day on top of my job which is fairly physical. Working on adding a few days to my workout routine and hopefully I'll lose another ten pounds in a week or two so I can hop on cycle, stoked! Lol

I know what you mean. I am a little less than 2 weeks from starting my next cycle and the days can’t go fast enough. Hopefully you get some great gains.

Kick ass boss, keep going the more fat you lose the more motivation you gain. Big tip but if you aren't already trying to make sure you do 20minutes of cardio in the morning while fasting. It'll boost your metabolism and help you cut more. Do your lifting later when you have the fuel to burn so you your body doesn't try to eat your muscle.

Thanks, I haven't been doing cardio at a set time other than ten minute walks after meals. I was losing weight really quickly and now it's slowed down some so I'll be adding a little more cardio to my routine and see if that works. I'll try it in the morning before work!

Ya switch it up, you may be getting to the point where your body is holding on to that fat for dear life. Some people it's a challenge getting lower but all it takes the right diet and training. My body lives to hold on to fat so I get the struggle. Thing to get to 12-10% before my next cycle, currently at 16%.

I don't think it really should be holding onto fat yet. Idk though without the calipers to measure but I feel like I still have a good bit of fat to lose. Right now I'm at 210 and 5"11. I have muscle but not enough to make me weigh over 200 lol. I'm currently wondering if I'm actually in ketosis, I have less than 20 carbs a day though and mostly my carbs are veggies and fiber. Just gonna up the cardio though and see how it goes. Maybe do a refeed day soon if I don't notice any weight loss in the next few days

Thanks Bud! Yeah it's my first real cycle. I did rad 140 years ago and it was alright but I didn't have enough years of training to make it really count. Now I'm just on a cut before I start my test c. Got my ai's my pct and Been doing a lot of research. Want to do it as smart and productive as possible. Really glad I found these forums because there's so many people on here who have great advice and tons of experience.

I'm not sure about my percentage. I had gotten fatter than I realized though I think when I started the cut I was somewhere between 25-30. I mostly just had love handles, still do but working on them. I'm planning on keeping a log for progress and each exercise. Goal is to bulk up some after losing some more weight. Gonna make sure it's a clean bulk though lol
