Progress Update!
5 months into rehab post R Patellar tendon tear and repair. Been a long year and I’ve been humbled by the recovery process. Finally starting to feel a bit better with the knee. No more pain or swelling just walking. Went for my first hike two weekends ago (love the outdoors) and did 5 miles with about 1000ft elevation gain. Wore a knee sleeve and was ecstatic for how well I did. I still get some pain with open chain movements and working around it as much as I can. A lot of scarring underneath the fat pad which causes some popping and clicking but doesn’t seem to inhibit me any. I’m another 6 months out from a “full” recovery but planning to push again for size in another two months or so when I’m fully cleared from PT. Still made progress this year putting some size on my arms and back which needed improvement anyways.
2024 Open Light Heavyweight division. Probably North Americans or Nationals. We’ll see!

Good job! I fractured my patella a few years ago and that was a pain to recover from but i'm sure the tendon tear is way more of a pain..
Hell I Would have much rather fractured the patella lol. Thanks
Good lord bro, awesome look! Congrats on your recovery going well and best wishes towards your future! Keep hammering
Thank you bro
Great progress brother. I’m glad to see you on top of your game.
Thanks brother it’s good be here!
Looks likes you've put on some size man and it looks good. Nice muscle roundness especially in your thighs, calves popping out. I'm impressed man. And we all thank you for this update. Like I mentioned to you earlier, seeing you getting back to competition motivates me to do the same. I'm sure some were wondering what was going on with you. Glad to see you're healthy and in good spirits.
Thanks bro. We still have time for improvements! And we can do it safely at least to the best of our ability like we say in PM. No need for crazy amounts of drugs just a good old solid foundation of work ethic and nutrition and rest. The 70s were the golden years for sure! I personally prefer a classic physique to a mass monster I’m just not sure I’d meet the weight cap at 182 for classic. I’m 207 this morning and I still need to bring my legs and arms up for a more well rounded complete physique. But who knows what will happen in the next year I never get sloppy in an off season and the worst shape I’m in is usually around 12-14% body fat.
Jesus Buddy - You are still looking in Brilliant shape!!!
Honestly you don't look like you have been injured at all or plodding along on TRT
Appreciate it press! I’ve been getting that a lot lately but all I’ve done is increase my carbs and decrease my protein lol
Serrajitsu0876Looking thic my dude. Hope the rest of your recovery is smooth sailing.
Thanks brother!
