This was a week and several cheat meals after nationals. Did two shows back to back within a few weeks. Definitely the best package I’ve brought to the stage yet. Looking forward to growing more this offseason and maxing our my potential for my weight class next year!

Everyone always wants to know the gear so I will list it but this is not something I am recommending or condoning for anyone. Gear is simply a tool. It should be used wisely and cautiously. I compete as a hobby. Not for a living. And this is the first time I ever used tren.

Odin Tren E 300mg/wk
Arctic Mast E 400mg/wk
EnhancedBody Proviron 50mg/day
Odin Winstrol 50mg/day for last 4 weeks

I did throw in Sdrol 20mg/day for the 5 days before each show and that was from Armani

Looking great. plus 1 as that is all I give.

I'm about 5' 5.5" myself, so 176lbs of stage weight that is shredded is very impressive!

If you decide to make it more than a hobby you'll obviously need to do what many of us have at our height and pack on more muscle especially for NPC/IFBB.

I've always looked at it from this perspective. At 5ft =150lbs stage weight and an additional 10lbs (npc/ifbb) for every added inch in height. The newest 212 Champion at the O very near this at 173-177lbs at 5' 2.5"

So at our height of around 5' 5.5" we would roughly be at an average of 200lbs stage weight.

Appreciate that brother. I have seen your physique and definitely impressive. Means a lot coming from you as we both know the effort it takes to put in the work.

My coach has said the same thing. At this point I don’t have any desire to compete as a professional as I love my career and what I do for a living currently. Next personal goal is just win an overall. I’ve only competed twice and continue to improve from 2nd in the open to 1st, so I think that’s a realistic and attainable next step. If I move up a weight class to light heavy so be it but it’s just about the quality of lbm I put on this off season. Would love to have another 5-7lbs in the right places but I also know how heavy that puts me in the off-season and I honestly don’t like walking around like that. Maybe I would get used to it but as long as I stay healthy and BP stays under control and all that with long term minimal risk to my body that’s my main goal. While continuing to pursue the hobby I love.

A 2021 Overall VICTORY is on the way for you!

One thing to consider is what the class above you looks like and with LH, most will be hyper conditioned and densely muscled. It will be a great category for you for sure but being at the light end of the class is a huge disadvantage.

Go win it at Middleweight and then take a full 12-18months off to put in serious grow time (if jumping up a class is desired) so that you can put on at least 7-10lbs of quality stage muscle. At your height, that will be significant and have you looking like you are more towards the top end of the class in weight.

No matter what, enjoy the excellent progress you've accomplished and go get that overall this year!!!

Shaun looked great but they ALL exaggerate to much on the weight.

I mean, the dude stepped on scale with at minimum 6-8lbs of clothing and shoes to be 183lbs. At best he was between 173-177lbs which is likely 7-10lbs up from last year which IS INDEED impressive

His conditioning and density is great but no matter what he changes his chest (genetics) is smaller and overpowered by his delts. Close up videos I can see great density in the chest so it literally is a genetic issue.

His legs flow way better and the only thing he needs to keep and eye on (as its getting blown out already) is his stomach. I'm not a big fan of over SEO'd body parts but his arms are clearly filled to the gills as are the delts. If he keeps it their he should be good but it is very obvious although done well.

Ramy on the other hand really fucked up his legs. Already heavily out of proportion and then you can easily see the SEO injection sites on several front shots...besides a 2-3" gap from his hip to where it flares out...=(

Most of them use/abuse SEO to fill in everything for that roundness but when it is blatant (like Ernie Taylor back in the day) I call it out as it looks horrible.

Shaun was a clear winner regardless for 212 but he has pretty much maxed his size for his height. His tummy is already blowing out in the lower area around the hips and lets be real, dude is 5'2". Just keep it there and make improvements slowly and he'll do well!!!

You’re right actually brother I did sacrifice some size for conditioning. First show I weighed in right on the money for middleweights I was 176. 3 weeks later I weighed in 173 and dropped another 3 overnight like I mentioned below. But conditioning had never been better.

Tells me I have another 6lbs of lean muscle I can gain to max out my weight class. Right now I have no desire to be a mass monster im big enough for my height in my opinion and DONT need any more long term health issues than I’m already risking with this lifestyle like eventually Kidney Failure or heart failure like so many bodybuilders develop from all of that mass over a long period of time.

My goal for the offseason is stay 10% BF or less and grow. Sub 190lbs for me is preferred. These pics I was 176 I believe after a few days of cheat meals

Oh !!!!so you did a show and look great and you didn't have to take 1000mg of test or 1400 a week like some idiot just told me. Plus he posts no pictures. Just dangerous advice to push gear that high.

I have been saying for years that you can achieve goals and even surpass them on modest cycles.

Your tren was a little high for me personally to want to take but... We are clearly different people with different goals
overall for a professional looking physique and taking mostly average doses you are doing excellent.
I hope you did take liver protection supps and all that.

.clearly there are many people in this community who can learn from you and do better for them selves.

Gh0st's picture

I actually started at 200mg/week and ran that the majority of the time (9 weeks) into my first show. I increased it to 300mg/week just for the remaining 3 weeks into nationals.

Also I stopped using ANY test 6 weeks before I stepped on stage. Some think it’s needed some think it isn’t but I did and felt great without it for that period of time anyways

Appreciate that brother thank you

Yup everyone’s protocol will and should be different bro everyone’s body is different and there are so many variables. For example my first show I did cut sodium in half two days before weigh ins and then no added sodium the day prior to stage. Added it back in that night. Second show I didn’t cut sodium AT ALL. Pushed over 1000g of carbs the day of weigh ins. I kept dropping weight and was 3lbs lighter the next morning day of the show. Crazy

Outstanding.

Thanks for the info and I hope new members / inexperienced users take a listen to this message.

99% of people who do gear won't make it to where you are and it didn't take A gram plus of test to achieve show quality results
