This was a week and several cheat meals after nationals. Did two shows back to back within a few weeks. Definitely the best package I’ve brought to the stage yet. Looking forward to growing more this offseason and maxing our my potential for my weight class next year!
Everyone always wants to know the gear so I will list it but this is not something I am recommending or condoning for anyone. Gear is simply a tool. It should be used wisely and cautiously. I compete as a hobby. Not for a living. And this is the first time I ever used tren.
Odin Tren E 300mg/wk
Arctic Mast E 400mg/wk
EnhancedBody Proviron 50mg/day
Odin Winstrol 50mg/day for last 4 weeks
I did throw in Sdrol 20mg/day for the 5 days before each show and that was from Armani

Nice size and SYMETRY! Real impressive, especially if you're doing contest regularly. Congrats.
Solid!
Hell yea bro, perfect for the Christmas season with that lean lower back lol. Always good to see guys on stage that care about that next level conditioning!
Looking great being 176 ish pounds and ripped damn I haven’t been at that weight over 10 years thats impressive to weight as that but you look easily 200 pounds ..that’s how it is the lean physique always looks bigger that a non lean physique.
Another 10-20 pounds and you will do even better you have some very good hamstrings Great back great full shoulders it’s you VS you !keep up it takes allot to play with your body and bring the dryness at that level ! Stay healthy keep your water up watch the organs,Crazy times Stay safe
Impressive job +10
Looking great. plus 1 as that is all I give.
I'm about 5' 5.5" myself, so 176lbs of stage weight that is shredded is very impressive!
If you decide to make it more than a hobby you'll obviously need to do what many of us have at our height and pack on more muscle especially for NPC/IFBB.
I've always looked at it from this perspective. At 5ft =150lbs stage weight and an additional 10lbs (npc/ifbb) for every added inch in height. The newest 212 Champion at the O very near this at 173-177lbs at 5' 2.5"
So at our height of around 5' 5.5" we would roughly be at an average of 200lbs stage weight.
Appreciate that brother. I have seen your physique and definitely impressive. Means a lot coming from you as we both know the effort it takes to put in the work.
My coach has said the same thing. At this point I don’t have any desire to compete as a professional as I love my career and what I do for a living currently. Next personal goal is just win an overall. I’ve only competed twice and continue to improve from 2nd in the open to 1st, so I think that’s a realistic and attainable next step. If I move up a weight class to light heavy so be it but it’s just about the quality of lbm I put on this off season. Would love to have another 5-7lbs in the right places but I also know how heavy that puts me in the off-season and I honestly don’t like walking around like that. Maybe I would get used to it but as long as I stay healthy and BP stays under control and all that with long term minimal risk to my body that’s my main goal. While continuing to pursue the hobby I love.
A 2021 Overall VICTORY is on the way for you!
One thing to consider is what the class above you looks like and with LH, most will be hyper conditioned and densely muscled. It will be a great category for you for sure but being at the light end of the class is a huge disadvantage.
Go win it at Middleweight and then take a full 12-18months off to put in serious grow time (if jumping up a class is desired) so that you can put on at least 7-10lbs of quality stage muscle. At your height, that will be significant and have you looking like you are more towards the top end of the class in weight.
No matter what, enjoy the excellent progress you've accomplished and go get that overall this year!!!
Pounds23Shaun looked insane this year man, honestly it could of went either way and I would of been okay with it but I just think Shaun and for his size the shape he has and the density plus condition he brought was amazing dude, I think he even said he was up around another 10-15 pounds from last year's stage weight which is insane to think about expecially being the condition he did, I woulda love to of seen him up close and in person
Shaun looked great but they ALL exaggerate to much on the weight.
I mean, the dude stepped on scale with at minimum 6-8lbs of clothing and shoes to be 183lbs. At best he was between 173-177lbs which is likely 7-10lbs up from last year which IS INDEED impressive
His conditioning and density is great but no matter what he changes his chest (genetics) is smaller and overpowered by his delts. Close up videos I can see great density in the chest so it literally is a genetic issue.
His legs flow way better and the only thing he needs to keep and eye on (as its getting blown out already) is his stomach. I'm not a big fan of over SEO'd body parts but his arms are clearly filled to the gills as are the delts. If he keeps it their he should be good but it is very obvious although done well.
Ramy on the other hand really fucked up his legs. Already heavily out of proportion and then you can easily see the SEO injection sites on several front shots...besides a 2-3" gap from his hip to where it flares out...=(
Most of them use/abuse SEO to fill in everything for that roundness but when it is blatant (like Ernie Taylor back in the day) I call it out as it looks horrible.
Shaun was a clear winner regardless for 212 but he has pretty much maxed his size for his height. His tummy is already blowing out in the lower area around the hips and lets be real, dude is 5'2". Just keep it there and make improvements slowly and he'll do well!!!
Looking ripe!! 1upya
Thanks brother! Good to see you here
Great job!
Thanks Mak, Means a lot from you. Good to see you still around hope you’re well

Pounds23Fuck dude u look really good in these pics, shredded glutes... It looks like u sacrificed some fullness for better condition but I look great dude , honestly alil more size in the right spots and u would look pretty fucking freaky dude.... Idk what ur weight is here man but another 10-20lbs in the right spots would looking amazing on you man.... Great work way to stay dedicated and suffer it's not easy getting that lean man, awsome job bro I can't wait to see what u can do in 2021.... I hope to compete also at some point but I got a ways to go to get back into shape of where I was but steady and slowly I'll get there.... I'm not gunna push it or rush it shooting u a pm now
You’re right actually brother I did sacrifice some size for conditioning. First show I weighed in right on the money for middleweights I was 176. 3 weeks later I weighed in 173 and dropped another 3 overnight like I mentioned below. But conditioning had never been better.
Tells me I have another 6lbs of lean muscle I can gain to max out my weight class. Right now I have no desire to be a mass monster im big enough for my height in my opinion and DONT need any more long term health issues than I’m already risking with this lifestyle like eventually Kidney Failure or heart failure like so many bodybuilders develop from all of that mass over a long period of time.
My goal for the offseason is stay 10% BF or less and grow. Sub 190lbs for me is preferred. These pics I was 176 I believe after a few days of cheat meals
Pounds23You look great man iv told u many of times, and ur condition looks great brother glutes are in, u should be super happy with the package u brought... Soild job dude, those who don't compete don't really totally understand what it takes to not only keep up with the shots but also keep up with the food and the constant lowering that goes on into the show.... I think ur goal is easily obtained brother.. from everything that I remember of ur physic u stay pretty lean even in the off season like u always still easily have visible abs. And I think that's a great idea brother staying somewhat lean well shit 10 pct is pretty damn lean for most just to get there is a chanellge.... But it's a good idea to just slowly keep increasing the food and putting on quailty size I think is the way to go if u can do it that way plus it's all around healthier I believe too.... Great job dude can't wait to see ur off season pics as u go along and improve.... And honestly brother u should be happy with what u brought size and condition wise expecially considering those dosages..... Awsome job
Thanks again brother very kind of you to say
Shredded!

Great !! ... Bro, also from here ... RESPECT !!!
A+ respect
Solid mate +
Looking good! No homo
Oh !!!!so you did a show and look great and you didn't have to take 1000mg of test or 1400 a week like some idiot just told me. Plus he posts no pictures. Just dangerous advice to push gear that high.
I have been saying for years that you can achieve goals and even surpass them on modest cycles.
Your tren was a little high for me personally to want to take but... We are clearly different people with different goals
overall for a professional looking physique and taking mostly average doses you are doing excellent.
I hope you did take liver protection supps and all that.
.clearly there are many people in this community who can learn from you and do better for them selves.
Pounds23Everyone is different some people think they need that much test, I personally can't run that much without getting some sides and having some issues, plus I don't think I need to run test that high.... Now if I was ever gunna really up the dose on any product it would be test instead of another compound.... Being everyone is different with different genetics some people can get away with barely taking anything others have to blast a shit load... I personally think when ur blasting that much and multiple compounds ur not even absorbing and using it all ur prob wasting alot of it expecially when u could get the same results with a moderate cycle.....
I think switch's doses are pretty good compared to lots of others it's funny some people run twice that and look like a bag of shit still.... Luckily switch has some pretty good genetics and also good shape and muscle insertions..... U have to find out what works best for u honestly and always keep an open mind cause u can always learn alil or a different protocol or using certain gear to hit multiple growth pathways instead of just blasting the shit out of stuff and fighting ur body, half the time on those dosages ur body can't even register everything ur putting in at those massive dosages.... I believe we all know our body's best and what feels right and of course it's always good having a second eyes and opinions... And also a cumminty that will do there best to help you. But the right way to go is to get urself a coach do ur homework find a coach that best fits u and ur style and let them help u.... But the key is finding a good smart coach who actually cares about his clients and hopefully is willing to teach u alil along the way. But also cares about ur health. Now this is for more say people who wanna compete , but u can still hire a coach to help u get shredded
I actually started at 200mg/week and ran that the majority of the time (9 weeks) into my first show. I increased it to 300mg/week just for the remaining 3 weeks into nationals.
Also I stopped using ANY test 6 weeks before I stepped on stage. Some think it’s needed some think it isn’t but I did and felt great without it for that period of time anyways
Appreciate that brother thank you
Pounds23I'm surprised don't most drop test at 5 weeks out... It's funny cause I just watch fouads podcast and them talking about this.... So at the Mr.O this time instead of doing all kinds of manipulations with water and what not he just switched over to prop and he kept everything the same. Meaning he kept his test in he also kept his gh in he kept s CPL other things in I think it was mast and some orals. But he also kept his water the same as usually. And I stead of having a massive carb up he did just moderate carbs which each meal Instead of going crazy. Also kept sodium in. And this was definitely his best look to date I think... Now I believe Nick walk said he cut all his oils out and gh five weeks out but keeps his orals in and idk if he said anything about anti e. He didn't say anything about water sodium I think he said instead of doing like six cranks in each meals he does 3 that I can remember..... And Fouad was cuts everything five weeks out and throws in anti estros... Don't think he said anything else but it goes to show u gotta kinda figure out what works for you...
Yup everyone’s protocol will and should be different bro everyone’s body is different and there are so many variables. For example my first show I did cut sodium in half two days before weigh ins and then no added sodium the day prior to stage. Added it back in that night. Second show I didn’t cut sodium AT ALL. Pushed over 1000g of carbs the day of weigh ins. I kept dropping weight and was 3lbs lighter the next morning day of the show. Crazy
Pounds23That's insane switch a 1000 grams of carbs is alot isn't it for loading, I watched someone loading for the Mr.O and he was in the open and he only did 6-8 hundred it might of been Antoine or Regan or jason lowe I can't remember ..... And then Ian he just coasted right into the show changed nothing kept his carbs at like 2-400 a meal I think he was closer to 200 carbs each meal but he also kept in certain compounds while others drop them...... I find that so I treating I wanna learn more about this, I fucking love learning about this shit man.... I really hope this year things get better and I can go and make it to some shows.... I can deff see you being and getting better each year man, and I know it ain't easy getting ur meals buying the food working paying other bills , making sure the family and everything else is taken care of.... Hopefully the new york pro is in nyc this year of 2021 if it is I'll deff be making the hour to hour and a half drive up from jersey and checking it out
Outstanding.
Thanks for the info and I hope new members / inexperienced users take a listen to this message.
99% of people who do gear won't make it to where you are and it didn't take A gram plus of test to achieve show quality results
