Whoa man you deserve to be on that stage! I like that you are doing this as a hobby. Can I ask: What age did you decide and start working toward competing? I'm considering it just because I love it so much but i'm a little worried about starting that journey in my 30s. I would still have to put in serious time, maybe 2 years to build up a competition ready physique.

Thanks man. I’ve been training for over ten years now but I would say I’ve had the bodybuilding focus for the last 5 approximately. I didn’t really feel confident that I knew what I was doing until the last 3 years. Made a lot of progress and it has little to do with gear. Educate yourself on proper training and food.

Dude I'm not trying to kiss ur ass I'm being 100 percent real if u wanted to u have the frame and structure to actually do something, u don't have a ton of things to bring up u need alil more size in certain areas hamstrings, ur calves are decent need just alil more size , ur quads are good they have good separation with alil more size it'll even bring out more even up and into ur higher quads, ur actually have glutes most don't , ur back is good just needs alil more depth but it's got good detail need alil more work in ur lats but overall u have a seriously good base for a serious physic if wanted brother and this is me being super critical, it'd obv take some time and work to bring some things up but it's very doable man you should think about it maybe congrats and great physic and great job man

appreciate that my man. I’ll be working with my coach during the off season this winter to grow and target those weak points. I’ve had several shoulder surgeries over the years so some of the upper body has been limiting in regards to getting it to grow. Gonna work hard nonetheless.

I hve a great career so this is just a hobby for me. No intention to go pro but I do enjoy pushing my body to the limit. I was 6lbs under the cap for middleweight, so I’m going to shoot for maxing out my weight for my class and coming in even more shredded next time.

I take my health seriously and I know what carrying a ton of weight will do to the heart and kidneys in the long run. Not trying to be a 212 guy although my coach Hs told me I hve the potential. I like being active outdoors, rock climbing, water sports, tennis, etc. and the extra mass really inhibits my ability to do those things. All about balance!

Hey brother I can not knock you for any of that man ur happy like u said got a good career and that's what matters and being happy seems like you are, and like u said man health is huge and it is taxing getting into that condition or caring a ton of weight.... Atleast ur knowledgeable know what u want and smart about it ,happy that's what's matters man great physic brother deff keep an eye out for more pics in the future, ps only several shoulder surgeries lol only seven tough s.o.b

Great work and congrats on bringing home some hardware.

Work on the posing with mirror and than stop using mirror 4weeks out...posing is usually the difference between winning and in some cases top 5 in a bigger show.

It will be worth your while.
