I am less than completely diligent in my diet as I am not an aspiring IFBB pro. I just to look pretty good. I was wondering about others cheat day foods and maybe even there "cheat" frequency. I will be honest with mine.
I love homemade burgers with home made buns. It's kinda a passion of mine to make badass burgers. I feel like Bob from Bob's burgers is a component of my personality. I will make them once every 3 weeks. I tried once a month but found that I just didn't get my fix if you know what I mean.
What is the worst thing you put down you throat? NO HOMO LOL.

I do pretty much the same stuff. Have my phone gallery full of pictures of burgers or homemade sandwiches I made. I also bake my own bread and have the oven for pizza, which I also prepare my own dough for. I must admit I'm decent cook so most of my cheat meals are these that I cook by myself.
My Ma sends me pictures of her food constantly! I'm of two minds about it. It's slightly annoying and why TF can't she e-mail me that. I'm hungry now!

I eat sweets every day. My metabolism can take anything you throw at it. It’s kind of an easy way to bulk for me. I think it’s because I didn’t eat sweets or fast food til about 34 years old. My parents were big on home cooks healthy food
I wish I were still that way. I could eat anything and everything till I was 28. Then one day I looked at my belly and became horrified.
