Anavar pre-workout or 2x daily?

I'm curious if anavar should be taken just before a workout, or 2x daily. I'm doing 25 mg daily, which is split to 12.5 mg 2x a day, in the morning and pre-work (around 8 hours later).
Do people have better results spreading it out or just taking it before a workout?

I split my var into 2 doses 20mg in the morning and 20mg in the evening. My pumps are always insane feeling. Definitely a difference vs taking it an hour before workout only.

The only oral I have ever felt actually improves a workout if taken before it is Dbol assuming you spend a few hours loading up with carbs and fluid beforehand. Even then after about 45 minutes it soons starts causing bad acid reflux during training. I think they are better after training like Mak says as they are effectively a muscle recovery tool.

Granted, I do experience extra fullness and enjoyable pump while working out if I take certain (strong) orals like Anadrol or SD 1-2hrs before lifting, but zero actual performance boost.
Only possible exception has been Halo. I feel that sh*t even on top of high dose Tren.
Var isn't one of those compounds that hits you hard after you take it like dbol or drol, which are great pwo. Split it like you have been doing and just take one of your doses pwo.

I always like to take a dose of an oral if I am using them pwo since all the receptors are upregulated after a workout and they soak it up like a sponge.
I use it split twice throughout the day to keep blood serum levels stable, which seems to be what the prevailing wisdom would suggest is optimal. As it so happens, my second dose is often right before a training session & I do see some augmentation in my pumps and strength, but the pumps can be problematic. Like, abdominal cramps from working abs that feel like your abdominal wall is about to tear open in the center. The unpredictable cramping can pop up in your calves or chest or lower back. Places you haven't had to deal with cramping really ever before. I would imagine taking the entire daily dose right before training would lend itself to more of that.
The back pumps from high dose Var are in-f'n-sane.
Nothing cramps me up like high dose anavar. I once a charlie horse in my abs, very uncomfortable, more uncomfortable than the charlie horse in my throat from clen.

I've seen this suggested before. Taurine is pretty consistently effective?
RustyhookerIts night and day bro. Ive been middle of nowhere doing manual labor and tge back pumps kicked in...omg pain....got a redbull and like 10mins better. So i got a 500count jar of caps i pop in my lunch bag on those above cycles.

Yeah man. When I heard people speaking of how painful the pumps can be, I never understood it. I always thought pumps were the goal, ya know? But after my first anavar run, yep.....makes sense
