The sugar from fruit is not supposed to be bad, however it is sugar- I like to eat lot of fruit should it be a concern?

I see some say no fruit, some fruit and a lot of fruit... It is a natural sugar not like the high fructose and corn syrup stuff. I saw powdered fruit without the sugar but you get the nutrients. I am going to look into that more. I just do not want to gain extra pounds if i do not have to by eating sugar, also it will effect my body in different ways as well. Do you think it makes a difference if you eat none, a little or a lot of fruit added to the meals of the day. Much Thankzx

SIna_rajabiThe fruit sugar called fructose
They usually don't mess with insulin sensitivity and thats why most people prefer them to bad type of sugar like sacarose
Fruits contains fibers and vitamins but the only dark part about them is , they still have calories right? You need to watch that
It’s all about timing
5'11" at 160lbs...
At your stats you are worrying way too much. Focus on gaining some solid muscle. Eat whole food and work on protein intake. Train with intensity and sleep well. Enjoy your nutrition while allowing gains
It's basically the saying, "too much of anything is bad". But as long as your not eating like 100 prices of fruit everyday, you should be okay. But like if your taking hgh or mk677 or anything that causes insulin resistance, maybe look into some kind of slin pills to help regulate your blood sugar. And also as long as your getting exercise everyday eating good meals that aren't loaded with sugar and drinking enough water you should be good. But also another factor to look at like is your family genetics made up of people with diabetes and stuff like that, but bottom line as long as it's not an absurd amount of fruit you will be okay.
You your thinking waaay too much, especially at your level. Workout, eat and most importantly enjoy life. Fruit is yummy.
Your stats say you are 160lb's at 5'11 - why on earth are you worried about getting fat??
TricepatopsIt all depends on certain fruits. The riper a banana gets the more simple the sugar. But honestly I don't think fruits will get you fat. The body digests it differently. I know there are people who say it can but I lose weight eating only fruits and vegetables and carb sources and I eat more fruit usually. But they are only 1 banana a day and that is after workout and other fruits are berries and apples and watermelon. Also not to mention fruits make digesting other foods easier and promotes a healthy gut. It is a carb the gut needs to maintain optimal health.
