Besides Accutane is there any acne/rash/allergy stuff that works for you?
ad
The odd thing is the HGH makes my face and skin nice and tight and smooth. I have bouts with acne, rash, allergys and i do not react well with Accutane. It seems i have seasonal allergies plus add testosterone to that and when i sweat i get a bit of a rash. I know that is a main side effect and i could always do less in the future. I am interested in what worked for you and then i can way the options. Thanks in advance for your time.

After a shower, I rub J&J Corn Starch baby powder on problem areas. Shuts the acne down immediately for me. Also, most importantly, wash your sheets and pillow cases at least once per week. Never use TIDE detergent. Very hard on sensitive skin. Once I started doing that, I rarely get acne anymore
TricepatopsGuess I don't understand the rash part? Has nothing to do with acne. Rash is usually an allergic reaction to something or something that irritates the skin.
AirborneGruntExactly what Livforpump said. You can also get yourself an exfoliating glove which helped my breakout. I use PanOxyl and other scrubs that have beads in them - mix that with ex glove and it works great. Air dry, tanning beds, and of course sun will help clear acne scars. Change up tanks during workouts, even wipe down your chest/back, and of course shower, but not over shower. Good luck
Appreciate the suggestions i will look up these further..
Dawn dish soap
TricepatopsAccutane is not made for rashes or mild acne.
Living4ThePumpBody hygiene will be king. Try showering 2x per day and shower immediately after working out. I got bad breakouts after my workouts because I was training in thick hoodies, try wearing lighter stuff like t-Shirts.
I am cleaning my back and shoulders with a anti bacterial / facial water / make up remover 3x daily, after waking up, post workout and pre bed, this helped a lot over time.
In addition to hygiene you can try benzylperoxide but it will bleach your clothes, I didn’t like that.
Also anti inflammatory supplements like citrus bergamot, NAC, taurine, green tea extracts and anything that fights oxidative stress will help too.
Citrus Bergamot seems to be the go to supplement for reducing cholesterol atm.
I may have to add this to the supplement pack, haven't tried it yet.
I know a few people that swear by it, really brings it down in bloods.
