+ 3 People's experiences / Side effects of the Covid vaccine?

ad

Okay Guy's - I have finally booked in for the first Covid 19 vaccine appointment tomorrow morning at 8am AAaagghhhhh!!

Being the scared M'Fker I am I've just looked up some of the common side effects of it Lol

For those of you who have had the Jab what were your experiences after it in terms of side effects? Were you still able to eat okay for the next few days?

Mod edit: Let's keep this about "People's experiences / Side effects of the Coved vaccine?" and not turn this into a vax v unvaxed debate.

vhman's picture

Got the first two shots last March and April. 1st no side effects. 2nd felt a little tired for a day. Got boosted in November. No side effects. Phizer. Have not gotten Covid.

vhman's picture

Sorry to hear that. Just know of a few friends and co-workers that had a hard time. No one in my family has gotten it and I hope it stays that way.

Zee's picture

I am due to book my third jab as soon as my car comes out the garage, I heard the third can be the worst for sides.

press1's picture

I totally agree with this!! I just got my 3rd Jab (booster) 2 days ago now and at first felt fine - but 36 hours later I got a bad headache, stuffy sinuses, high temperature and high BP. Wondered what the hell was wrong with me but then I remembered its probably my recent Covid mini dose Lol

Fcoes's picture

I have received 2 doses of moderna

first dose no effect
second dose left me in bed for two days without wanting to eat or move

On the third day I came back to life and I was new, I don't remember a flu process that left me so dusty in years.

I have not caught covid at the moment.

After I made the vaccine, I had a temperature of about 38 degrees.

Maybe you should have gone with Moderna or Phizer and not some home brew.

Greg's picture

So, you didn't make the vaccine after all, good to know... Vaccines I trust more than the testing, or the reporting/counting of the test results.

Christophany's picture

I've received 3 doses of the Pfizer vaccine. I have not had Covid, thankfully, yet I did experience some mild side-effects the day after my second dose: body aches, headache, and a low-grade fever. This experience lasted for a total of 6 hours.

I got Covid after the first shot lol Only for 3/4 days though and milder than the full version - still lost tonnes of strength though from only eating a fork full of food a day though and being dehydrated all the time. Food turned my stomach the whole time, was awful.

helix15's picture

same ,100% appetite loss but im fine after one week after second shot

helix15's picture

but still if its ok for now ....i'm worried about "long term side effect" :/

Greg's picture

The side effect will be a shorter lifespan... no need to worry about long term side effects.

I hope I put your mind at ease.

Pfizer vaccinated, 1st and 2nd jabs.

I’ve timed both shots where it’s shoulder day, so I immediately go to gym right after the 15 minute wait time. During that 15 minutes I’m also doing arm raises and swinging my arm to help disperse the solution and not keep it localized.

Once permitted to leave I’ve went directly to the gym and basically crushed shoulders. I try to do bilateral where I pump the side of the shot, then switch to the opposite. I finish out with a full body. The goal being to disperse the vaccine and not keep it in one area.

No pain while the shot was administered or PIP in the days after. Also have not experienced any post vaccination symptoms.

Have not received a booster, and will keep this post updated once I get it. Plan on doing the same method.

I have never had covid, and have never stopped working (essential) or going to grocery stores and gyms once they opened back up.

I’ve also travelled international and domestic airlines multiple times (with countless rapid and PCR tests negative). Trips to Asia, Europe, Mexico, US Midwest & North East…

I’ve been on Vitamin C, D3, NAC, Baby Aspirin, Berberine, TRT+ (Amongst other supplements) for the entirety of the time this covid thing has been going on.

I put TRT+ because I have cycled in Deca, Mast, Tren, Primo (not all at the same time), GH 2iu 5/2, and orals (pre-workout) during different times from March 2020 to Now

press1's picture

I've had the 1st and 2nd Pfizer shots too - I believe the booster we get the Moderna version though to get the best of both worlds she said. But who knows on the day lol

killroy's picture

With the place I go, you can pick which vax to use for booster, they say mixing is most optimum, but my gut says to just stick to the same brand.

press1's picture

Well I hate to admit defeat guy's - but it looks like I came down with Covid 3 days ago Cray 2

Only good thing is now on the third day my appetite is returning and I can now eat, but still sat here burning up and with a bad headache.

I was wondering if anyone else came down with it like I did as this is how it progressed:

Over the weekend I got really bad lower back pain and it felt like it stiffened up - this was despite not training back for a week so I just couldn't figure out what was going on lol Felt like it was locking up.

Tuesday 2 hours after getting up started getting really bad body chills which got worse and worse, tried to train but gave up during the warm up as I felt so bad. Then in the evening began burning up and sweating really badly. Then came this bad, constant headache that just would not go despite taking aspirin.

Next day was aching all over coupled with a bad fever and headache and could eat barely 2 mouthfuls of food. Zero energy and a constant racing heartbeat that at some points feels scary. Really strange dreams even stranger than trenbolone ones!! lol

I can only suspect it hasn't been worse as I have had the first jab and it has taken the edge off, so I haven't had the dreaded loss of taste or shortness of breath.

I'm booked in for the second jab at the end of October so I'm not sure what happens with that now.

Makwa's picture

Guy I know got covid after his first shot. Still got his second shot though.

press1's picture

I seem to remember over here at the vaccination centre there were signs up saying not to have any vaccine if you have had it within the last 30 days. Natural Immunity lasts 5 to 8 months if you have caught it apparently but I do not want that again, I can see how someone with a bad heart condition or high BP could die from it now. Still would say Flu is a lot worse a feeling.

Makwa's picture

I think it was due to the fact that they wanted him to finish the full course of the vaccine. I know at first here they were saying not to get the vaccine if you had covid within the past 30 days before the first shot but it appears now they want you to finish both shots.

My buddy who is a pharmacist said you can still get covid after the vaccine but probably the biggest benefit is that you won't be as sick if you had the vaccine and with the biggest plus that it will keep you out of the ICU which pretty much means you are going to die.

Cornfeed's picture

Ya I have countless people I know that have had covid after being vaccinated. Some have got it more than once. One said they were worse after being vaccinated. It's weird shit. My daughter had it and only had a stuffy nose. Some people throw up. Some don't feel anything. Some die. You never know

press1's picture

For sure, I think I just got the early stages of it being the fever, headaches and loss of appetite. Then I suspect over the course of the days my body fought it off after having the vaccine before it progressed further to the loss of taste and breath. Although Janus got to that stage after both shots - I guess there are differing strains of it too.

Janus's picture

Yeah I did. When I got it, I felt a little achy in the evening. When I woke up I couldn't smell my coffee in the morning. So went and got tested. Didn't really have a fever or hard time breathing the whole time. Just tired, major headaches, nausea and diarrhea. Loss of appetite sucked. Dr. Thinks it was delta variant. They also had me stop trt for a month because of risk of blood clots, and having a high RBC count.

Get rest, binge watch some TV, and get well.

press1's picture

I've had the proper squitters too Lol Every time I tried to force food my stomach just turned and gave me stomach ache - weird feeling. Headaches are awful, that seem to be made worse by being constantly dehydrated by always burning up and sweating. 4th day today and feeling much better though, fever and headaches gone and appetite back.

Janus's picture

Damn pissing out your ass sucks! Keep hydrated. Get well my friend.

You were lucky pal - mine wasn't!! Lol Oh I felt that greeny go in all right, he was a pro at it though as I was watching him jab others before he got to me and he stuck it in real quick and began plunging straight away then pulled out fast, if you pardon the expression. Not sure if its oil based or water suspension - Did anyone else notice?

Billdunn's picture

It looked to be water based. Unless it's a super thin oil. There was just a bit left in the 3ml shot and it was thin. I'm feeling it today. No pip but muscle weakness

I’m in an organization that basically forced me to get it. I’ve had pfizer x 2. J&j, moderna, and AstraZeneca. The only one I’ve ever noticed anything from was the second shot of Pfizer. It took about 3-5 days before I felt like I just had a smaller version of flu. It was less than test flu.

If you want to know why I had so many feel free to pm me.

I’ve had no further issues following any of them. It’s been over 3 months since my last of any shot. I’ve noticed nothing at all.

I’m also 30 years old and in pretty decent cardiovascular shape. I have no prior health issues, and every other vaccine known to man. Take it for what it’s worth, I think anyone who has had a serious reaction to it has an allergy to something within the drug, not the “virus” itself. Like EO in steroids for example.

WILDCARD1's picture

I had the 1 and done shot maybe 4 month ago no reaction nothing .. but then again I was in the military and had everything from small pox, yellow fever, anthrax vaccines. I have not been sick since I was in bootcamp that was in 2003.

Had no sides at all with my first jab. Actually going to get my second one today funny enough. Let’s hope same as the first jab, getting the Pfizer one again

Press asked for feedback on side effects from the vaccine yet as always a few have to hijack the thread and turn it into a vaccine debate. Exhausting listening to this over and over.
