Welcome new guys

I'd like to say hi to the new guys, seems like they come in spurts, and one of us makes this post every few months. So welcome to the forum, but...

Hello all,
I've been training pretty consistently since my 20s. Weight training has always been a stress reliever for me and I enjoy the gym culture. I only ran a few test cycles in my mid 30s and didnt start researching and educating myself with anabolics until a few years ago. I keep things pretty basic and mainly cruise once a year with a couple compounds. Last year I started a couple short SARMs cycles and liked the resaults but not the blood work. For now I'm just training as hard as my age allows.

If i had this site or knew it was around like 10 years ago i wouldnt have permanent gyno and wasted $100s of dollars and years experimenting. New guys that have found this site at the beginning stages need to cherish their find and utilize it. Many of us didnt have this.

I have learned so much from the community and forums. And you can't buy that knowledge. It's also nice to get to talk about my steroid use here because I don't get to do that in my real life.

My wife knows, won't talk about it, even about the TRT from the Doc. She has her own issues we agreed to not discuss. But my PCP knows what I do, and I hope I'm not cursing myself, but he monitors me and so far I'm very much healthier than during my alchololism. We're very health minded people. We're almost a dying breed.

My girl knows too. She lives with me. I can't hide pinning gear from her. She doesn't talk about or know everything. She knows it's a secret to be kept. She doesn't discriminate against steroid use were her exact words when I told her after we dated for a while. And then she told me she had dated a guy who used steroids before.

I got a general doctor I can call up and make an appointment to see who will schedule any blood work I want done. Everyone should have at least that. It's easy to look up a local family doctor or general practitioner online and call and make an appointment for a basic health checkup then tell them you want a full vitamin panel blood work done to see if you're getting enough vitamins, STD test to make sure you're clean, comprehensive metabolic panel...whatever blood work you want done they will set up for you you just pay for it it's so simple.

I hope it helps someone. Getting any type of blood work done is a online search for local doctors and phone call away. Having a regular doctor to call and see is basic normal adult stuff.
