+ 1 Just Started Cycling.
Ok so, I started my journey in Feb at 298lbs and my blood sugar was higher than my test levels. I made the decision to fix it. I started TRT at a local clinic and quickly took matters into my own hands. Today my levels are EXCELLENT across the board and honestly I am hooked. I used Retatrutide in conjunction with a kitchen sink full of peptides but am pretty certain the Reta and Test have done most of the work. I have lost 50lbs and increased strength significantly in every muscle in my body! According to my Garmin scale I have only lost 10lbs of muscle through the process. I am still at 248 and body fat in mid 30s. I am trying to get it down to 20's but am not wanting to get small. I am looking to bulk but want to remain healthy. I am in my 40s and not trying to go on spring break. I actually have a prescription for test, deca, and anavar but outrageous prices pushed me to UGL Currently I have been ordering from UGFREAK and super happy, I also have a solid Chinese peptide plug that ships HGH. I am also a daily pinner cause my weight caused me convert Estrogen at a high level. Daily pinning puts it under control. My last labs at only pinning 240 weekly had my test at 1400 with free test at 400 and E was at 72
My current first cycle I am about to hop on for 14 weeks is :
280 test cyp
140 Deca
280 Primo
2 iu HGH .
I am already on HGH and Test Cyp. Just adding the other compounds. Any thoughts, suggestions, or encouragement would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Body recomp is definitely possible if you have patience and view it as a new way of life rather than a quick fix or a cycle. Took me about a year and a half to lose 50lbs but I was able to build 20 lbs of lean muscle at the same time as losing fat. The key is to get enough protein while remaining in calorie deficit. Since every’s body and metabolism is different you just have find that sweet spot for yourself. But it’s possible. Be encouraged and persevere!
I was in the same boat as you my man. High ass body fat hopped on trt and struggled badly. Best thing I ever did was drop down to 150mg Test per week split into daily subq injections and walked my ass off (literally and figuratively lmao) daily steps were huge for me in dropping fat sometimes hitting 25k per day.
I wouldn't do that at all. High bf will screw you badly
Pipeliner47Online trt will prescribe anything very easily these days. Kinda dangerous. Why does that chart have adex under pct?
I did not fill out the chart at all or cannot figure out how to. That self populated and is not accurate.
Where you are at right now, I think having your test levels in the 7-800 ballpark is sufficient. Its supposed to be trt, not a small cycle. But youre gonna have to play with your dose and get regular labs drawn, at least for the T. I like round numbers so 100mg a week is a good place to start. Higher test levels right now are going to drive your hematocrit from borderline to too high. Keep the reta obviously, and I dont think hgh is bad. Just keep the dose low for a while.
I am not a doctor, I just know a little bit of stuff. So hopefully some others will chime in on dosing rec's, in case im off the mark LOL
I appreciate all the comments. It has lead to me getting the DEXA body scan to get an accurate reading on body fat. I am an extremist and go all in with whatever I pick up so hearing from others is helpful. I don't know how to moderate well. haha.
What bike you got mate?
Hahaha. Just a specialized gravel bike... Nothing fancy. ;)
I tried to recomp from 30% to 15% my whole life, but it never happened. I finally decided to take everyones advice and stuck to TRT, reta, HGH, and dieted for way longer than I thought I would need to. In the process I felt really small and was joking about being victim weight, but now I get to enjoy seeing my abs and getting big again. Don't be afraid to get small to get big, it's all mental and not real. Also if you were the 1 in a million that could recomp from 30% to 15% your genetics would have never allowed you to be that fat in the first place.
Thank you for your encouragement. I just found a $50 Dexa scan at a local hospital so I am going to see what my actual BF% is before hopping on anything. I appreciate all the advice.
Thank you so much for the advice. I appreciate it. I am impatient to say the least. I have witnessed a lot of progress and am just trying to take it as far as I can.
All I'm gonna point out is that you have been running a mini cycle (240/wk cyp) for 6 months straight. And now want advice on how to push it even further, all while being obese.
most of the honest feedback you're gonna get is going to be to pull back the test and get your weight under control before proceeding further with anabolics.

What do you think I should drop test down to? When I started this journey my actual test levels were at 150 so I definitely plan on staying on TrT.
With BF 30% you’re gonna hear a lot of “ stay off gear until you cut it way down” but if your dead set on running gear, here’s some advise without the flames, stick to the Reta, HGH and low dose test, that’s really the most I would be doing at this point. Kick up gym sessions, do zone 2 cardio after weight training, on your non lift days, continue with cardio, really work your ass off with the weight. Keep up with every dam thing you eat and drink, track calories/macros. You can build muscle and lose fat at the same time, but everything would be easier if your BF/Weight was sub 20%. Just don’t think gear is gonna be the cure all, YOU still have to put in the work. You do what you want, but me personally I would stick to just those 3 compounds, and keep the Test to low dose, last thing u want to do is fight the weight and sides with a shit ton of gear.
I got the DEXA and my BF% is actually 24.7% with a lean body mass of 187.6lbs so I am closer to sub 20 than I thought.

Yes, this is my goal for sure. I do a lot of zone 2 and am doing strength training 4x per week. I am running 12 or so miles per week as well. I am definitely not afraid of putting in the work I just needed help. I found myself in a place physically that I could not get past. My A1c was close to 7 and my actual test levels were 150 when I started. Work and Macros have been what got me here but I could not have done it without the help of the substances I have utilized. I plan on doing this for the long haul. What would you drop test down to? Also do you know how accurate Garmin scales are for BF% and do you have any other suggestions for anything more accurate?
Take this entire plan and throw it in the trash
"body fat in mid 30s"
Keep pushing hard in the gym, and get that BF down more before blastin. Shit can turn hard left real quick. Congrats on the weight loss so far, just keep that going for now
Have you had a full blood workup recently? Hematocrit, lipids (including APOB), kidney, liver, and blood glucose/A1C?
I got the DEXA and my BF% is actually 24.7% with a lean body mass of 187.6lbs so I am closer to sub 20 than I thought.

Yes, All my bloodwork is great. Hematocrit is a little high but not insane like 51. I give blood every 8 weeks. Everything else is good. a1c is down to 5.1. Everything else is in normal range.
