Bro have her go to the dentist, I used to suffer from chronic bad breath and it had been a while for me since I had gone to the dentist (3-4years). Though my gums weren’t bleeding or anything when I went they said my gums were swollen and starting to worsen! It was Gingivitis turning into periodontitis. Long story short I had to pay $600 out of pocket for a 1 hour procedure where they numb your gums and deep clean beneath the gum line, scraping, lasering (yes they use a laser to kill bacteria) and use a strong chemical rinse before they restore the gums. It depends on how close you are really when it comes to how to bring it up. My ex had this problem and I’ve been with many others but anywho I brought it up and made up some bullshit about it happens because I came in her all the time and she bought a wash that helped greatly. You could even find out what type of antibiotic and try to order it from a source here to make it even easier for her. I also agree with ninja that the breath is due to dental issues and if you do t have money to send her to the dentist then you might just have to deal with it.
