AnonWell fuck it, I bumped the Tren E up to 400/week. Still doing Ace at 100 eod because I've only got 1 vial! Next run I'll bump it up to 150 eod.. Maybe blast npp too for the following 4 weeks next cycle.
Tren 400 is the sweet spot for me man. I dunno how much the sweet spot varies from guy to guy, but at that dose I might take .5 caber once a month or even less, because as long as I am on top of my aro and my test isn't pushing passed 400-600, then i'm totally fine. But honestly I prefer 250-350 test, 400 tren, and then 1-2 additional compounds in the 300-400 dose range. Strong believer in stacking lower dosages over relying on 1-2 drugs at high dosages.

Yeah I prefer a large dose of test with a base compound like deca/eq tren, then a short ester pulsed on and off. With adrol and or dbol as a pre workout. I like the large test base personally, it doesn't give me many sides with 1mg adex on pin days. The adrol gave me some sides at 150/day with 50-100 dbol too lol nothing a little nolva didn't fix, and a half mg caber..I dropped the dbol to 12.5-25mg pre workout with my 150 adrol and am side effect free at the moment

4 weeks, wow. I haven't ran a lot of short estered cycles, but I can't imagine expecting gains in 4 weeks! Altho I get that it's more of a concept of stair stepping up in gears that are stronger than the previous.

Ohhh I see that makes sense. I have ran 1.1g test total but didn't properly gauge how much aro my body would need, so before I knew it I had TONS of e1 and e2 built up, so I had to just scrap the cycle and continue taking high dose aro for about month just to prevent permanent gyno, I had some little pebbles and tissue built up, but luckily that's all 70% gone now and not visible. However, I could see how running EQ also at a g or so, and planning more accurately the ai regime it could go really well.

It was just an oversight. I underestimated the necessary ai dose, and by the time estro got out of control, I couldn't bring it back down without discontinuing while taking lots of aro. Didn't have letro on hand at the time. You're right tho, it really is simple as pie. i just have had multiple harsh experiences lately with different compounds and am over stepping outside of what I already know works really well. I'm just eager to cruise and run a standard "MonstrousS" cycle.

Bud trust me on this - run it ED the gains are so much better and you will feel much better/healthier. Even though I didn't increase the dose, when I switched to ED my strength jumped again as you aren't getting any dips in hormone levels between the days.
AnonYeah I'm noticing I'm feeling way calmer and less "tren" on the trough of my eod pin cycle.. I've got a load of pins common soon that are better suited for small volume and not as long. I don't need 1 inch for my delts or chest really.

Anon5 days in my 100mg ace eod and no sides, well no negative ones! Little bit snippy, feel like shit in the morning because I'm starving but I sleep so well it's actually better than when I'm not on it.

Tbh all I do is give in and enjoy a fucking retarded cheat snack late at night, 3-4 times a week. Often on days when I didn't meet my full calorie goal, but still. Tren and getting fat just arent two things I can easily combine together. Assuming a peron's idea of fat is 19%+
Bud if its any consolation each time I am up in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning 90% of the time I feel like utter shite - I even sit saying to myself fuckin hell I feel like shit!! But as you know its purely down to a Sub zero blood sugar level and going into dehydration especially if like me you go to bed having drunk a tonne of protein and BCAA's - the BCAA's cause insulin release in your sleep and rob your blood of even more glucose. Once I start to get some basic carbs, sugar and hydration I feel like a changed man though! You can always just stick to Test, NPP and Adrol but ya just ain't gonna get da same gainz homie LMAO

Have you ran your tren and mast together before? I can't be sure, but I'm fairly confident that the mast helps overall quality of mood and life while running tren. The first time I ran tren ace I did experience having a short fuse when it came to emotionally invested things, but ever since I've been adding 200-500mgs of mast with tren, literally have had no emotion or mood changes that I could attribute to tren whatsoever.
Also Cardarine really helps while using tren. Particularly with the breathlessness.
AnonYeah the mast is in there with this cycle mostly for mood. I've run it before and had it towards 600, fucking love it. This cycle is an experiment and I'm not sure I'll need mast higher if it's only there for mood, maybe? We'll see
Looks like a great concept to me. I'm running a very similar cycle except switch the deca out for 350 DHB.
Caber is kind of a bitch to get enough of to run a cycle that REQUIRES consistent multiple doses per week, for me anyway. I haven't tried deca again since the first time, but am fairly confident I get less of a prolactin response from tren, because I only seem to need a little caber here and there, as long as my tren is 400 or below.
I'll be interested to see how this goes for ya! 2on 2off is interesting for a bodybuilding split. Could be a good time to run a 4on 1off with a focus on a poverty body part, if you think you have any. Because with a major cycle like that, you could train at what would normally be maintenance volume on most bodyparts and still have them grow like a weed, while spending most of your output on one or two specific groups, balancing them all out by the time it's over. I have no idea your situation or goals. That's all purely just a thought.

Oh you're on that REAL LIFE split! Been there man. I know most of us know a great deal about training and what works best for us, so don't take it like i'm tryna' tell you what you need. The specificity split concept is just one that's been big for me lately, both in my training and some of my clients. Brought my arms WAY up this cycle simple by running a PPL split that has an arms only day as day 4 (pull/push/legs/arms/rest).
Let me tell you, what they say about DHB is true as fuck. B-R-U-T-A-L pip. I honestly was going to throw in the towel after the first 20 days. I was doing only 100mgs eod too, mixed in with several other compounds that go in smooth as fuck. Other than that it's amazing tho. Better for bulking than deca imo, and I love dryer cycles so using this in a bulk really does it for me. Vascularity it enhanced by quite a bit. All the smaller horizontal veins be poppin'.

For sure. This is a group so i'm pretty sure I can say, I have been using the arctic titans DHB and gahhhhd DAMN that pip, but I like the results a lot. And everything else i've gotten from them has been on fucking point so i'm inclined to believe this is real stuff, but who knows, DHB could always be a mix of test and tren, or something like that.

I’m no where near you lads level in this group but I was planning something similar for my current blast.
500 test e / 525 NPP / 400 Tren e / 400 mast e / SD inj 2week on-2 off.
I scrapped the idea for a simple test and Tren recomp with sd inj and proviron thrown in which has ended up being a decent blast.
Although I love nandrolone, adding another 200mg of Tren e beats the socks off 500 deca for a recomp but that’s just my opinion. I look slightly watery on nand even when sub 10%. Id run your chosen dose of test with 400 Tren e and 400 mast for an all out recomp if you’re relatively lean to start with, all for 16 weeks. If you handle the sides well.
What did you run your inj sdrol at? I tried adding it to a similar cycle, but the sd KICKED MY FUCKING ASS, even at 10mgs ed. By kicked my fucking ass, I mean I felt so lethargic that I went into a deep clinical level depression and was completely unable to go further than the bathroom, from my bed, until I finally figured out that's what it was and stopped taking it. I actually thought it was this infection I had that was causing the extreme mood change, so I stopped and restarted the sdrol only to have it happen again, so I know for sure it was the sdrol. I'm not willing to fuck with that shit anymore, and it makes me nervous to fuck with any of the more rare extremely powerful stuff.
I’m running spectrum at 15mg Ed preworkout for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
I’m hitting the 2nd run with it in this blast and 7 days in and it’s now starting to kick my ass too.
Supplements and plenty of water are most important. NAC, Tudca, vit c, fish oils etc etc. I’m pounding around 8 litres of water a day with 2 servings of electrolytes ED.
I’ll probably wait 3/4 weeks after this 2 weeks is up to run it again as it’s mentally tiring unlike runnjng day test, anadrol or a more friendly steroid.
The results are phenomenal to say the least and it’s one of my favourite compounds. I ran it at 30mg Ed (labs states it was 40mg not 30mg however) and I looked like fucking superman by day 10. However it fucked me up for about a month afterwards which wasn’t worth it. Bloods are all good now but I’ll stick to 15mg as it’s almost as good.
AnonThis spring I looked pretty good at 203-206 trimmed enough for the ladies without looking aggressive with sub 10 lol thick but veiny and solid.
AnonI started it yesterday actually, my training program is 2 days on 2 off, focusing on chest back legs. Throwing in calves and biceps but not directly before back days or leg days. Workouts alternate between heavy low rep work and medium weight high rep high volume days for all big 3 muscle groups. I'm coming off a week of being sick and having only 1 workout day due to family nonsense so my water weight is down - no creatine or dbol adrol and low calorie diet. I was 212 probably 15% bf, I like to think 12% but let's be honest...it's never as low as you think lol
This blast is an experiment more so, I'm trying tren E for the first time. If I can make it more than 10 weeks then next blast I'll do basically exactly what you've said, 1g test 400 tren e, 400 mast e, proviron, anavar possibly adrol? Then if I can manage that I'd like to see if I can utilize eq at some point.

We all think our BF% is lower than it actually is, I thought I was around 14% during lockdown but looking at photos I crept up to around 18% with visible top abs. My aim is similar to yours 210-6ft-12% with 0 BP issues or shitty lipids.
