Period

I've been without a period for the past 5 months and have been off BC for about 7. Also been off cycle for a month (I don't get my period when I'm on) and just got my period- thought it was going to be like hell raining down on me but it only lasted two days. I'll be cycling back on in about a month so I don't anticipate having my period again any time soon. Girls with multiple cycle experience- does it ever get back to a regular, full cycle? I'm kinda hoping it never comes back...

Well... That shit reared it's ugly head today. Should have known, given I was bawling in the car yesterday listening to lynyrd skynyrd's simple man. Fucking true story. Talk about crazy hormones.

Only have one cycle under my belt but I do know a little about biology. Your period is based of your BF% so the lower you are the less lining you have in your uterus less lining little or no period. Then add gear in the mix and you really have no period. Once your cycle is messed with it can a year to rest or months. This could also be your new 'period' depending on how on going it is.

Love you, squadoosh! I've def gained bf since my show- lots (I blame t3/clen/nolva rebound with LOTS of dirty food.. Yes, I have no self control ;) ) so I know low bf isn't to blame. If I can steer clear of BC and keep the periods to a minimum I'd be happy.

Haha love you too Blonde! Well anything below 10% for a woman is Considered too low. 11-15% Is considered normal or healthy for a fit or athletic female. I'm no doctor or nurse but I try to keep myself educated on the body. Smile

I completely agree. Since I dropped my BF and have kept it off my new period is much lighter and only last 2 days. Has been like that for over a year now.

When I started a cycle of Anavar, about into my second week my period started and lasted 26 days. Needless to say I stopped the var. Now ive been on winny for abut a week and no change yet
