+ 1 Thoughts on EOD dosing of HGH
Have a friend in the medical industry who was instrumental in legally bringing Gensci hgh to the Americas. He was advised by his Gensci contact to administer hgh EOD to prevent somatostatin. This dosing schedule will more closely replicate the body's natural pulse release of hgh. What are people's thoughts on this? For me this wouldn't save me money. I would still end up doing the same total amount of HGH over the course of the cycle. I would just being doing higher dosages. I find this topic of interest since I have been experimenting with somatostatin inhibitors. My long term concern is permanently damaging my pituitary gland with hgh administration. Curious to know if this type of administration would be safer.
Here is a link to a study comparing 3 injections a week to 7 injections a week. This was for anti-aging patients.

GH needs to be used everyday in some cases multiple times a day a.m./p.m. split. Growth hormone itself will be in and out in a few hours the IGF-1 release from the liver will be elevated for about 24hrs.
That’s a great study and raises some interesting questions and thoughts on HGH use. Personally I’m currently following the way I’ve always done it, about 4 iu 5-6 days a week. My last cycle I did notice that I kept losing weight for a month after I quit ( it was a 6 month cycle), and that kind of scared me. I know so little but possibly it was related (I’m guessing) on a thyroid issue.
Sometimes GH can make you retain water and after discontinued the water goes, this may be a possible factor to the weight lose
Good point. I have noticed water retention.
GottabebigI was just about to start a cycle... 250mg Test E/week (pinning eod), 300mg Tren A/week (pinning eod) and either 2IU'S Ed or 4IU'S eod... Was planning on about 10 weeks but only have 100iu's HGH available, what does everyone think?
Bigboi50281I was gonna ask you guys do you think it would be more beneficial to.me to.run hgh 4ius 5 on 2 off and.off.being.my rest days or do.the 4 ius split in 2 doses eod?
Thats an old thread, might be dead, but i was on a very good generic for about 1-1.3 years, and after many months of doing ED, I switched the same 5iu dose to 10iu EOD ,and There was clearly a noticable change within 2 weeks, regarding pumps and strength (yes strength).
So in my opinion, if you tried ED, you wont miss with EOD either! Especially long term...
a normal athlete I think is injecting 4iu daily. of course, for a competing athlete, I'm not sure if that amount can go up.
Right now my goal is overall fat loss so I use my HGH daily. Some of my best results with HGH when I was trying to put on size was using it MON/WED/FRI @ 10iu daily. With HGH there is no set regimen, there are many ways it can be used effectively.
I saw YouTube video of Dorian Yates explaining he used to do his three or four times a week but high doses!
Many times Dorian Yates stated he was on 8iu per day but he never said it was 3 or 4 times a week.
Interesting study, would the dosing protocol need to be exactly 24 hours apart? I'm curious as to the natural pulse schedule because I'm aware that exogenous hgh will lower our own natural production.
This study (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC423324/) seems to undermine the 1994 Korean study. It shows 24 hours after dosing, HGH production is still diminished, suggesting that there is no natural pulse that will substitute a skipped dose.
I've got some experience with statistics and experimental design. Here's my take:
Any time there's a paper that appears to contradict the consensus of the literature (i.e., everything we know), there's a good reason to remain guarded. In this case, the consensus of the literature shows that there is a linear relationship between the HGH delivered and the size of the effects. That is the reason 1-2 IU is considered appropriate for anti-aging and 5-8 IU is considered appropriate for building mass. We observe that more HGH leads to more powerful effects. This study, however, suggests an amazing twist: Taking half the dose of HGH can be as effective as the full dose if the schedule of injection is adjusted. If true, this would be a game changer. Doctors would have since changed their prescribing practices -- especially considering the price of HGH -- but they haven't. Why not?
The study probably exhibits a Type I error (a false positive result). There is nothing that appears wrong with the study. Yes, this is a small sample size, but the statistical tests account for that and still yield significant results. So what happened? The most likely explanation is a selection bias that speaks to a wider problem in scientific literature: only compelling findings find there ways into medical journals. Null or unremarkable findings are often not accepted into the journals (because who cares), and that's if they are submitted at all. There is no glory in finding jack shit. Those similar studies that found predictable (and boring) results were simply shelved. So the significant results found in this study were probably due to luck of the draw rather than an underlying effect.
TL;DR: Obscure papers that seem to contradict the consensus of the literature are usually wrong.
I’ve read studies on EOD being very beneficial for muscle building. Made a big difference compared to Ed injections. Can’t speak for anti aging though.
The study I posted showed almost identical results for muscle mass for those taking 4IU EOD compared to those taking 4iu ED. Fat loss was about a percentage better for those taking ED.
Try it. Maybe it will work better
I'm going to try it once I switch over to pharma grade HGH. I'm currently running a cycle of GHRPs. I will definitely post a 6 month log on my results with bloodwork.
Quite interested in this myself. I'm 15 days into my HGH run, 4IU ed. What dose will you run with your EOD protocol?
Bigboi50281I personally was gonna run generic hgh 4 ius ed im now gonna try 4-5ius max eod in 2 shots 1 am n 1 pm. Some long time members and credible ones say if im getting a good generic i should only need 3-6 ius eod and theres def a few sources that have good generics based on reviews
