First time with HGH - Looking for some advice/answers

Ok so I've done many cycles throughout the years. I'm 38 years old, 6'2", 190 lbs and roughly 6.5%-7% BF. My diet is ok but could be better.

I'm looking to have some decent gains of course (maybe get up to 205-210 lbs) but also very much looking forward to the benefits of HgH.

What I'm hoping to find out from some of you who have been down this road is this:

I've heard conflicting stories on doing HgH just by itself and also doing it alongside certain AAS. What are some of ya'lls thoughts and experience on this?

And for those of you who say it's better alongside AAS.......are there some compounds that are better than others when adding to HgH and why?

I don't personally use HGH for mass building. I'm more interested in the anti-aging, rejuvenation and fat loss properties.

People focused on mass building with HGH typically take between 8 - 15iu daily split between 2 dosages. Time the dosages around 6 hours apart. For example you can take one post workout and another before bed.

I'm not a fan of these high daily dosages. It becomes a very expensive investment. I would do the following if I was interested in mass building. I would continue my regular HGH protocol and add IGF-1 Long R3 for 90 days. My cycle would look like this.

HGH 2iu post workout. 2iu before bed for a total of 4iu daily
IGF-1 Long R3 100mcg daily. Dosing every 24hrs so it doesn't matter what time of day. Just keep it consistent.
Huperzine A 200mcg 3x a day

I would being taking Testosterone Cypionate at the bare minimum with the hgh. 1/2ml a week indefinitely will give nice gains and a nice improvement with your overall well-being.

This isn't a popular opinion, but in my experience, it was a complete waste of time and money. I ran it for a significant amount of time and ran doses from 1iu up to 10 iu per day.

My opinion is that Igf is a much better route to investigate.

In my experience, I was able to gain an additional 10-15 pounds by adding hgh to my low/moderate testosterone use over around 2 years time. I ran lower doses of hgh, anywhere from 1.5-5 units per day and had breaks where I took none over those two years as well.

You need to run it 6 months to a year to get the real benefits.
Start off with a low dose and slowly work up.

Gh and igf1lr3 or igf1-des work really well together. Again all the info is on this site if you search for it.

Make sure you spend sometime looking at which sources sell the best gh if your not going for pharma.
