Sorry guys, I'm out of it on Benadryl, this cold is hurting me, but when I find a gem I share. I'm talking facial hair, I usually use Gillette, but if you have a Walgreens in your area, they have 4 blades for $5.99 and they're better than the brand name. Don't neg me until you try, the days of $39 razor packs of 10 are coming to an end ..

Molinin302Honestly guys, I do not work for Walgreens or any razor company, I'm still using the same head from when I first made this post.
I use an old school double edge safety razor cheap blades and a super smooth shave.
I hate paying those crazy prices for razors. I have tried Dollar shave and Harrys and I wasn't impressed at all.

I just trim by beard and use a close guard on the neck line to keep it tidy. Good to know for other parts of my body, though. Blades do run expensive as I also use Gillette
Alphamale500I remember the first time I went to jail, and they gave me this cheap, one bladed orange razor that wouldn't cut for shit! At first, I didn't even shave for a long time because I was worried about them switching up the dirty and clean razors and me catching some disease.
Because when the C.O. comes to refill the razors and take away the used ones, they come with all the razors in this big garbage bag and fill in the clean razor slot, and take away the dirty razors from the slot which happens to be right next to each other. And the dirty razors go into the garbage bag with the clean razors. It just seemed like there was too much of a risk to accidentally misplace the clean or dirty razors. Or shit, maybe even purposely! Some of those C.O.'s are real jerkoffs.
So I would just get the barber in the barbershop to trim my beard with the buzzer when I was getting my haircut. And if you hook up the barber with a pack of Kool-Aid or a huneybun, you could at least get a nice taper instead of just a simple buzzcut. I did start to shave eventually, but I made sure that I got a new razor fresh out of the box. I seen some ppl there use the same razor as someone else when the other guy was finished with it. There's just so much ignorance you know.
And I always made sure that the barber sprayed the buzzer down with that disinfectant. I guess I'm a bit of a hypochondriac, but the ppl there are fuckn filthy!!

X2 I got all kinda white hairs in my beard. Chicks actually kinda dig it to be honest. I still need razor blades tho for my neck and top of my cheeks. Gotta keep it shaped up.. that and if I don’t it’ll connect to my chest and back lol. I got a lot to tame.
I used a wahl detailer for the neck and cheeks to save on using a razor.
Grey isn’t a problem, ginger hairs plague my beard which is why I dye it once every couple of weeks.

meh... its a great priced razor also it's decent quality considering the price.
But honestly its kinda rough to shave with compared to Gillette its razors are just not that great. My skin is kinda sensitive though.

I've never found them rough, that said, I'm not shaving my legs so I can't speak for you all. The price also lets you use a fresh blade more often and still save money which helps.
After Gillette's toxic masculinity ad I've stopped using their products. They've obviously decided their market is women and snowflake millennials. Not us boomers.

True, but Sams Club has 24 Gillette Fusion packs for 35 bucks or close to. That pack lasts my wife and i 3 or so months. That’s a super deal.. it might just beat your Walgreens deal.. but I’m not about to do the math to see how much that comes out to be.
And the Fusion does not nick my scrotum and leaves my ass smooth.

Ive had a braun electric shaver for about 14 years. Still works great just change the cutting head.
Alphamale500I use the cheap ones too, but not the really cheap ones where you get like 10 twin blades in a bag. I use the 3 or 4 bladed razors where you get like 4 in a pack for like $5 or $6 from Shoprite. And I find they work just as good as those fuckn $20 razors where you have to replace blades and shit! It's all about technique and preheating your face.
It's just like that guy Rick from Pornstars says on his commercial. The only reason they keep adding more and more blades, is so they can charge you more and more money! And that's the truth.

Alphamale500Yeah, those $6 Gillette razors with like 3 or 4 blades work just fine bro. Mine say on the box that you can get like 10 shaves from each single razor, but fuck that. I'll use them just once, maybe I'm gonna give one a second try now.

AnonI'm one of the guys that can get away with the cheap bag of plastic twin blade razors. I have some electric trimmers too cause there is no shaving my face when I let things grow for a week or longer, I gotta trim that shit back before I can shave it.
Alphamale500I guess I can use those twin blades if I really had to in jail or something, but I prefer at least 3 blades. But still cheap enough that you get like 4 in a bag and no changing blades. I got that Micro Touch Solo Trimmer that's supposed to be so great. It fuckn sucks imo!

Alphamale500Yeah, that's cool. I bet I can get at least a couple of shaved out of the Gillette triple blade razors I use now. The box says you can get 10 shaves out of each razor, but I can't see that.
AnonThey get dull and the glide strip thing gets water logged. The strip thing expands and gets funky within days of first using it. I pour a little bit of mouth wash on my razor before using it the second time. It's planned obsolescence brother, they're built to fail so you gotta buy more.
There are good cheap razors out there if you shop around.
Molinin302My point exactly, I use an electronic recommend by a friend on my body, but hell man, razors fall into that group of cheap is not always better. This brand is good for the buck.
