After reading a lot of these recent posts and replies lately, I'd like to share a personal thought. Most of us on here are hormonal, it is what it is, aside from testosterone some of us are taking stuff for breast cancer, horses, cows... you know what I'm saying. New guys, USE THE SEARCH BAR. Its not that we won't help, but many of these questions have been answered, in detail. BFG and the mods run a nice forum site here, but you have to do some legwork on your own. Ok, I've seen posts lately questioning alcohol consumption during a cycle. Ok, were all stressed, covid, work, mortgages and rent. It adds up. Look, I rarely imbibe, but I don't judge. However, alcohol is a toxin. Poison. There is no "healthy" amount, only amounts that are tolerated by the body without killing you. If you've made the choice to use performance enhancing drugs, just take a break from the sauce. If you can't? Then you have bigger problems. Shout out to the SRCs, awesome promos lately from what I consider incredible sources. I hope everyone is well, I truly do, but make sure you're enjoying what you're doing otherwise there's no point. Eat some good food, go to work, get a nice eorkout in. Its not complicated. Best wishes to all of you knuckleheads. And for those of you considering taking breaks from the forum, I get it. But... were a like minded community here, almost a family, maybe open forum isnt the place to vent, but theres plenty of sub groups and people that will listen. Take advantage of it.

I am also new here, I wrote only one topic but that was already one too much. BigCactus and Sam I Am blamed me for my bad english and that my article is old, what obviously means he is not good. They thumbed down all my comments instead of starting with arguments my article is bad, good that the member Greg found them. Just because they have high numbers they think they can do what they want. They maybe thumb up each other to get numbers, I do not know but I think because I found no helpful topics from these guys, excuse me if I am wrong! Correct me!

Rusty then decided to tell me I was totally wrong about it and it doesn't build in the system at all blah blah blah. This was the first time I ever properly stood up to him and it got drawn out over 3 long fuckin days. In the end guess what - it turned out he'd never run a single vial of the stuff when I asked him. Couldn't make it up - the physique of a champion who was 'officially' sponsored at the tender age of 21 years old. However on not one occasion did he take any photo's of this specific period of his life to prove it was indeed true. Imagine that - he never took a single picture of his physique in its prime.

Well Sam I Am is a long time friend of mine. He is good people. Im sure there was no malicious intent on his his part but trying to educate. I see you bounced back on karma pretty good though.
