Best advice for mitigating bacne on TestCyp250/Sarms Cylce

ad

I recently ran a TestCyp250 cycle a couple months back. I would inject .5cc every 5 days. At first my acne wasn't bad at all, in fact there was basically none... but I was running out of Cyp and ended up grabbing a vial of Sustanon 250 to finish off my cycle 8 week cycle. When I switched to Sustanon I lowered the dose to .4cc and did an administration 2x/week, roughly 3 days apart. When I switched over my bacne got crazy bad... I also ran 30mg of oral Ostarine daily, Rad140 30mg/day orally, Caradrine 10mg/day orally, & S4 50mg/day orally. I have plenty of sarms cycles under my belt so this was not my first rodeo, incase you're wondering why my sarm dosages were so high... That being said, my last cycle was my first running sarms with a test base. My bacne was fine with the Cyp, but when I switched over to Sustanon my back broke out like crazy! There was no break between the switch from Cyp to Sust so the administrations remained constant. This time I plan on running .5cc of Cyp with oral S-23 40mg/day & oral LGD4033 30mg/day. I guess my question here is, what would be the best way to mitigate bacne if it becomes a problem on this next cycle? I don't want to run acutane at all! Also, if anyone could explain to me why my bacne got so bad after switching test compounds that would also be greatly appreciated.

Getting bloodwork done next week. Any specific AI recommendations? Didn't want to completely deplete my natural estrogen and impede recovery which is why I've only used arimidex thus far for some sensitivity... and yes I have definitely been cleaning up my diet, mostly rice, veggies, red meat or chicken but that being said it could definitely be cleaner. Do you recommend the cortisone cream for the acne? Since stopping the sustanon the acne cleaered up itself. Appreciate the response.

1st test experience, wanted to see how my body reacted since I got pretty decent results on sarms alone. Wanted to see how sarms did on top of a test base. I was planning on grabbing only cyp but my source screwed me and gave me a vial of sust and cyp when they originally told me I was getting 2 vials of cyp. Problem was I got the first vial of cyp and source 'forgot' the 2nd vial yada yada... When I went to get the 2nd vial it turned out to be sustanon so I made due w/ what I had access to. If I could have run a 12 week cycle of purely cyp, trust me I would have. I also want to fully tranisition off sarms and stirctly use test and build from there. I know long term oral sarm usage isn't good at all for the liver, cholesterol etc. Basically was just testing the waters and it was partially my fault for not having everything on hand prior to starting the cycle. You live and you learn I guess.

Bloods. As Sam said you probably need an ai. The first sigh my oestrogen is high is that pimples start appearing on my shoulders. That and I start becoming a massive panzy who can’t take a joke

Get blood work done, plus Sustanon the original blend, is best when injected every other day as opposed to 2x a week. Plus make sure you are on top of your hygiene dept.

It cleared up after I finished my cycle. Also changed my clothes daily, but sheets weekly... Any recommendations on soaps?

I used Aleppo soap I leave it for 60-90 seconds after that I will wash it works well for me
Sheet I changed daily when my acne was bad but now my acne clear so I changed every 3 days or 5 days I also change my pillow every 2 days I flipped EOD lol

My dermatologist always recommended Dial soap when I was younger and had acne. You have to leave it on for at least 90 seconds to get the antibacterial effect though

Good hygiene is important, but stick with the cup and avoid the Sust if it causes issues. AI is needed!

My hygene is good, i shower 2x daily etc. What AI would you recommend for acne management? I only have experience w/ arimidex for some slight sensitivity I experienced awhile back.

Do not run sust. That’s like the worst form of test for guys who are estrogen prone. Stick to cyp and you should be fine. Biweekly, or M/W/F to keep levels steady.

Like mango said below, eod injections of sustanon cure the acne problem for me too.

I believe it is all the different esters and their release times causing spikes and troughs in your test and estro levels causing the acne.

I’m only going to speak from personal experience, which in truth only means anything for my body so please take that into consideration.

I’ve found when I space my injections out further (bi-weekly or greater like every 5th day) my body reacts to the increased testosterone and estrogen conversion with negative side effects (acne, ashy knees) but when I do every other day injections I don’t get these side effects. I’ve not gone to the effort of getting multiple blood tests weekly to see how the levels in my body are changing so I can’t say if it is keeping a more stable level of hormones in me or not, I just know it works.

You need an ai most likely. Personally I would pin Sust eod.
I guarantee your hdl cholesterol is fucked running that many sarms.
Get blood work done.

Any AI recommendations, I've only used arimidex once for some slight sensitivity... Also have a physical w/ blood work coming up so will report back on my HDL levels
