Need advice! Best syringe gauge for TestCyp?
ad
I recently grabbed some TestCyp and was wondering what the smallest gauge syringe I can use that will still make the draw smooth. During my last cycle of Sust I used a 25 gauge and it were fine but would prefer a smaller gauge if possible. Just don't want to make the inj more difficult because the gauge is too small... I'm considering 23 gauge this time around. All advice welcome!

Smaller the gauge, wider the needle. I think you meant larger gauge which would be a thinner needle. For example insulin needles are 29g, 30g and 31g. I use BD 25g 5/8th" 3CC needle/syringe combo. I find these to be perfect for my weekly testosterone cypionate injections. To me BD is the best brand out there. The needles are always very sharp and don't dull as easily. I always use an 18g to extract out of the vial and then swap the needle prior to injection. Now you can extract with a smaller gauge needle/syringe and load it into an insulin syringe. This is effective for smaller doses. You can inject testosterone subq. It doesn't have to be IM.
Lol what ever you do , dont do what i did when i was 20 with no one to teach me right from wrong and used 18 gaugefor a month straight and the sameone over and over at that. Lol lucky to still have my arm.
alpha-hic-upThere is syringe gauge ranges available 7 to 33 gauge, use that works fine for you.
What a profound answer...
Manateeswimmer5678I always draw with a 23g and pin with a slin pins via backloading from the 23g. Painless and most comfortable method for me so far. Just make sure if you do slin pins that your muscle area is low enough BF to get into the muscle for your IM shots.
Alphamale500It sounds like you're saying that you would like to use a thinner needle than the 25g you used previously. You said you don't wanna make the injection too difficult because the gauge is too small, right? But you wanna go from 25g to a 23g. It sounds like you might have it confused. The lower number of the gauge, means the thicker the needle and vice versa! Just to be clear, are you saying you want to use an even thinner needle than a 25g, or slightly thicker?
23g will work fine. It doesn't really depend on the compound itself, but rather the thickness of the solvents and oil the compound is in solution with.
You hit the nail right on the head. I got my wires crossed when I said I was considering switching to 23g, thinking it was a thinner needle... I previously used a 25g for glute/delt injections and was wondering if a thinner needle would work instead? If so what gauge would you recommend?
Alphamale500Personally, I like to stick with 23g-25g depending on where I'm injecting. But that's just me. There's others below that use the the higher gauges you're interested in, so you're better off asking them.
Alphamale500Can whoever negged my comment above please explain why it deserves to be negged? I simply stated my preference, and answered the question that the OP asked me. I'd just like to know why it was negged when I didn't even say anything that is right or wrong, but just my preference.
AnonFat thumbed you, got it!
Alphamale500Oh, no doubt. I was just reading it and wondering what did I say wrong here, Lol! Thank you bro!!
I used from 18g to 29g with zero issues. The smaller the hole the longer it takes. So it's up to you and I wouldn’t make it complicated.
AnonI'm on test/deca and pin 1.25 ml through a 27 every time. It takes 30-40 seconds but slow is good. I heat the barrel after I draw it up, then swap heads and pin. I use glute/delts/chest occasionally. That's plenty of rotation for 2 pins a week.
It always depended on where I was injecting. If it's a smaller muscle group, like bicep, triceps, or calves, its been 28G. Bigger areas, like glutes, can be as big as 23G, but 25G is what I've got it pinned down to. Yes that's a pun
RustyhookerYou pin calves?
I have, won't do it again unless needed, I was just using it as an example mainly
Tried it twice in the early days with just 1ml - Never EVER again Lol Chinese water torture would be more enjoyable for the 5 days afterwards ...
Only done 1/2 a CC
Large animal vets use a lot of 16 & 18g.
I have not seen any complaints.
You realise the draw pin and injection pin are 2 separate needles don't you? It sounds like you are using the same for both. To draw I use 21G 5/8" and then to inject 25G 5/8" - I am naturally lean though so never have a problem getting deep enough into muscle.
I use 25 gauge for cyp
I used 25 for glute and delt for delt half inch for glute 1 inch even for thick oil I will use same but it will take longer time
It all depends on the carrier oil. If it’s thin I pin with a 27. Ive even used 28g slin puns for thin oil. But I have 27g 1/2 that I like to use for Delts and lats. If you’re under 15% that should be fine.
I don’t use anything bigger than 25. No need to pin with a 23 unless it’s crazy thick.
23G × 1 1/4" or 25G x1" for glute and quads
26G 7/8" for shoulders or triceps
26G x 1/2" for chest or calves (advanced only)
Does a bigger #G = a larger or smaller gauge size?
Higher number = thinner
nvm i figured it out thanks for the advice
smaller
I would do 18 it flows very easily
TronYou really are retarded aren't you? You're not a troll..just mentally retarded..have to be..you went full retard.
Your an ass. That's a harpoon.
Ok now I know ur trolling
Damn bro now he negged u, lmao....
Hahaha I accidentally negged myself. Thought I negged him lmao. Whoops
hahaha
18G ? What do u pin, a fruit smoothie?
