CibaDon't shoot me for this advice, but try ashwagandha and or diesel test hardcore, 3000mg of vitamine c a day and 50mg zinc picolinate from now foods (it has to be now foods).
Tbh during all my pcts high doses of vitamin c and zinc did wonders for my libido.
Also have your vitamin d levels checked.
RustyhookerYou dont need trt. Noone reads much anymore.....just plops out info like a fat furry turd.
Your sbgh is sky high
You do not need provi
You do not need anavar
Armchair riots up in here....
You need a REAL endocrinologist.
Lucky you guys who can check your testo level. I can get that done only if I go abroad as in Ireland no chance. Once I came to my GP and told her I want to do some tests that b... put me on the system as a steroid user. No health insurance wanted to take me and every time I needed some treatment even f flue they said well you got it because of steroids.
Mine was via medichecks not through my docs mate
Thanks, found few but in Uk. Will check them out.
Cheers for the input peeps . I think ill go find a private endo and take it from there
Trt for normal test levels?
TESTOSTERONE 24.4 nmol/L (8.64 - 29)
You are at the high range of test as well as everything else. You don't need trt ffs.
Ask your doctor.
High SHBG is easily reduced By proviron. That being said see an endocrinologist!
That’s what I had been thinking, I do know some doctors prescribe anavar for high SHBG as well.
I would definitely see an endo about it as you may get a prescription for something to lower your SHBG if you can lower it naturally. Only worry is how far will the prescription lower your natural production and if the increase in free testosterone will essentially outweigh the drop in total T
TESTOSTERONE 24.4 nmol/L (8.64 - 29)
Sitting at a total test level like this a doctor isnt going to do shit.
Everyone is not reading his test correctly and neither is the OP. He does not need trt he needs to find out why his shbg is high by doing a full blood panel. May end up being thyroid related or something else
I think there is a misunderstanding what what I was saying. I am well aware that his total test was at the high end, I was specifically addressing the fact that his free t is on the low end and his SBHG is high. I never once said he should get on TRT either. I suggested he go see an endo to further research the issue and stated that I had heard of doctors that had prescribed anavar specifically for patients with high SBHG to free up more of their natural testosterone.
Where it was mistaken is any doctor prescribing him anavar. He is high enough as it is
You absolutely right.A dr will probably prescribe a synthetic progestin or a glucocorticoid, but only after determining the cause. It could be a sign of high blood sugar or insulin sensitivity.I agree with you though, with numbers like his he won’t reach for whinny, anavar or proviron.
FREE TESTOSTERONE - CALC. 0.276 nmol/L (0.2 - 0.62)
SHBG 79.8 nmol/L (18.3 - 54.1 Normal Range)
The anavar will supress his total T, but increase his free testosterone by decreasing his SBHG, which is why some doctors prescribe it specifically for patients with normal total T but low free T due to high SBHG.
Could be, but without a full blood panel it won't matter. I think OP has something else going on causing that high number.
Whinny works as well although not as well as proviron.
Have you considered visiting and Endo and going on TRT?
Read his post again and look at his test numbers. He is looking real good for his age almost at the top.
Everything he has posted is high normal.
DobermannOnce the needle goes into ur ass is for life pretty much
Hopefully not for you but the libido after test cycle is
Never the same.good luck
ok bud cheers for the advice
Not really , the heaviest ive been is 82kg
I suggest you consult a medical specialist.
However, proper nutrition may help to lower your SHBG.
Take the right amount of protein (no more or less), limit the consumption of alcohol, reduce the amount of caffeine, use vitamin D.
Fish oil and magnesium are highly recommended.
Your Free Test is also slightly low due to the high SHBG.
A low calorie diet may significantly increase SHBG levels, but it may also depend on the quality of the food you eat.
Have you lost a lot of weight?
