I want to use an oral, I need to know dosage, if I need other supplements like anti estrogen, how often for dosage, and anything else I need to know...this is my first time...my boy recommended dbol

Dbol is definitely a magical pill that every powerlifter knows about and eats like candy but it will never never make you lean due to activation of protein synthesis, glycogenesis.
According to scientific research by Dr. R.J.Shephard anything below 30mg is considered safe to use just incase you decide to get it for strength and not losing weight and better to combine orals with injections.

That sounds like regurgitation of something you've read. Every anabolic steroid has the capability of increasing protein synthesis and glycogenesis. Those are not the direct reasons why dbol isn't a good option for cutting fat.

I recommend you reconsider giving advice in the future until you learn more and stop promoting shitty drug use.

Theoretically, in lower dosases it is possible on dbol to cut fat if there is a very strict carbohydrate-free diet (not to hold water), but small doses are unlikely to give you any huge effect. Hormones will be down 100%. PCT after dbol will have to be done in any way, even after using it for a month or two, plus your own testosterone will drop. Is it worth it? Either plan a competent cycle with normal working dosages and PCT after, or just take legal fat burners and avoid all the risks.
In regards to something that I read, i assume we all study by reading books or by our experience.

To loose weight you have to make a proper diet. Dbol is not going to help you to loose weight and oral only cycles are a bad idea. You shouldn't listen to your boy (imo this sounds a little gay, you better had written bud or mate).

Often the community has the wrong attitude towards new members, I admit. But, friend, your question is a beginner's one. Did you say you've been going to the gym since you were 20 and you don't know Google exists? On Eroids there are hundreds of recorded cycles where you can get information. However, you are not a child. Before writing bullshit think about it and do a more thorough search.
If you're getting so angry I think you're interested in some promo and you're looking for karma to join. Otherwise, drink a glass of wine, create another account (deleting the current one) and start with another attitude.

If you ask the moderators for their consent, I don't see anything wrong with deleting an account and creating a new one with a different attitude.

Besides, I agree that we’re too hard on new guys sometimes, so I legitimately tried to help him when he first posted, if you go back a page you can see for yourself. Gave him legit advice on next steps and that we’d continue to help if he followed them.

He chose to ignore that, and instead argued with everyone else. Saying he doesn’t give a fuck, and he knows everything already ect. Calling us dope heads as he takes speed because his diet is so shitty he can’t lose fat on his own... This dude is simply a cunt.

I'll be the first to admit I can be very crass to so e newbies, but if you read their post and it is just plain stupid do you hold their hand? Case in point a newbie puts a post up yesterday that he is going to blast and cruise after the train wreck of a cycle he asked for help on. Guy was 160 pounds and 5 10 33 years old. Did multiple cycles previously. I flat out told him this is a safety and longevity site not yolo and stupidity. Noone wants to hear that food is the answer. He deleted his post. We see that on this post as well. Noone wants to hear the truth.

Agreed. And I’ve definitely been guilty of it myself. My only fear is that we’re so used to the idiots that sometimes we assume every new guy is the same and don’t give the (very few) legitimate ones a shot before we jump down their throats. They’re definitely few and far between tho and most deserve it. But recently I’ve noticed that so I’ve been trying to give some the benefit of the doubt if they’re close to what we’d normally accept.

This one backfired tho. Lol. Turns out the dude sucks and didn’t want real advice anyway. It was worth a shot I guess

Since you are a 300 pound powerlifter you should know all this stuff. People here would definitely answer all your questions but from what i read I'm not even sure what is it that you want? If it is to lower appetite and lose weight: Sibutramine. If you want lean physique then: clenbuterol, masterolone, winstrol and even hgh would help. Just research what is more suitable for you and what doses. Plus cardio cardio and proper diet.

You come in here thinking your all big and bad and you know everything, great. We all did, and soon enough you’ll realize that you don’t know shit. Actually, you should know that you don’t know shit because you asked about an Ora only cycle, and you don’t even know what steroid you want to use or the dosages. That’s all super basic shit.

So lose the attitude, you don’t know anything about steroids and we’re trying to help you learn. But we can’t help those who aren’t willing to learn and if your pride is getting in the way of you admitting you don’t know shit, then maybe this isn’t the place for you. If you Want to be that expert who’s at step 100, you got to put in the time and effort learning it and listen.

Look, I’m pretty new too, but I’m busting my ass trying to learn this and do it right. I feel pretty good about what I’ve been learning so far, and try to learn new stuff every day. but I’m no where near what experienced guys can teach. What I do know is that it’s all about the basics and if you wanna get advanced you have to have a strong base first. Be humble and learn, I have that problem too sometimes.

The only orals you should be worried about is the food you are and aren’t putting in your mouth right now, hopefully these links will help you out! At the end of the day all weight loss must follow the laws of thermodynamics and if you are taking in less calories than you are expending, you WILL lose weight. If you’re not losing weight, well then you’re eating to much.

I suggest downloading MyFitPal and entering your info in, it will tell you how many calories you use on a daily basis based on your stats. You can also enter in your weight goals and it will give you a rough idea of how much you should be eating to reach that goal weight.

Best of luck! You may also consider having bloodwork drawn to check your hormone levels, sometimes wacky levels of hormones and thyroid will hinder weight loss.

Fast for 12 hours before going. And if you’re fucked in any of the categories get yourself to a doctor and have it professionally fixed. Don’t try and fix it yourself.

You work our every day at 36? When/how do you recover? Are you wolverine?

Get your diet in check, and get that panel (hormone and thyroid) and report back. We’ll help you from there.
