Hgh EOD, 2iu am + 1iu every 2 hours

ad

Hey gents!
So I was thinking if this would make any sense, to do more smaller shots of my gh dose spread throughout the day, or its pointless?
Im doing the EOD pinning for a while, and for me it was much better the ED.
Anyone ever tried it like that? Spreading ur dose the whole day?

BW has shown you will get a higher IGF spike with a single large dose vs multiple smaller doses.

Spreading it through they is a waste of time. I doubt you would get any extra benefits from it!

If you do you’ll need to add some other things to it we don’t talk about on here.
Otherwise keep it simple.

I know which thing u mean, is there a place on here where we can talk about that? Or if u know more, can u pm me about it? Cause i do have that forbidden fruit what we dont talk about lol

I would pin every day and no point splitting 2 iu’s, I would do 2iu every day first thing in the morning

2iu would be the first pin, then 1iu every 2 hours (6iu total).

I’ve only ever ran it ED or 5 on 2 off. Honestly pinning 1iu every 2 hours seems like a hassle and waste of pins. The hormone itself is only active for 30 or so minutes and then kicks your igf-1 production into gear for a few hours. I will split my dose when I get to 8iu or higher, splitting 4 pre workout and 4 before bed. Currently only running a 4iu dose pre workout ED. I’ve heard some guys that run 15 plus ED split there doses into 3 5iu injects but that’s on a whole diff level and would require compounds not to be discussed here. Then again I’m sure on of the more seasoned rHGH guys will have some better input. Maybe ask Dacky or MegaT they’re doing a lot of research on rHGH and might be able to shed more light on a more advanced dosing protocol.
