Many looks for the answer for how much Arimidex (real AstraZeneca from pharmacy) is capable of reducing E2 levels, by blocking aromatise enzyme.
That can be a good guideline for people want to have some glue about really how potent real Adex can be.

DISCLAIMER: NOT EVERYONE REACTS THE SAME TO EVERY DRUG! KEEP THAT IN MIND, BEFORE TAKING ANYTHING, DO THE LABS FIRST!

Long story short:
Im not on a cycle currently, last cycle was lust summer, 12 weeks Test E with some EQ, was really awesome. Cycle ended in august last year, proper PCT has been made, bloods proved that in november last year.
The last couple of weeks, I had less sex drive, acne developed on my back and shoulders like I would be on cycle. I am about to start my cycle soon, so I would have done bloods anyways before starting, and the numbers since november (Total T, Free T, Bioavalible T) doubled.
But E2.... its gone up from 61.8 pmol/L to 158.7 (!) pmol/L.

The same day I got blood drawn, I got the results, and took 05. Adex.
The next morning, erection, sex drive, all was on point.

So this is how 0.5mg Arimidex reduced my E2 (also progesterone, prolactin) levels through 5 days.

BASELINE 04.23. E2: 158.7 pmol/L (took 0.5mg Adex)
First draw 04.25. E2: 89.2 pmol/L (-69.5 points)
Last draw 04.28. E2: 60.3 pmol/L (-98.4 points)
