Just another reason to stay fit and stay healthy!

That makes sense. Keeping healthy is important.
I am very sorry that this happened to you. Undoubtedly, this is very difficult for you. I don't want to upset you, but it won't get any better. Brain cells are destroyed and cannot recover.
My grandfather had dementia. His grandmother was always with him. This has had a very negative impact on her health. Soon we turned to assistinghands and hired a guardian.
It was a good decision because my grandmother came to her senses and lived her old age in peace. I would recommend that you do the same and not torment your mother. She is not a victim. I hope that everything will work out.
lauragorfWhen you workout you're healthy. That's always good.
There is no excuse stay fit and healthy people
Just goes to show that the benefits of working out are almost endless.
Who_CaresMeditation is a powerful tool for focus and brain power. It’s been done for 1000s of years. I have tried it but was never really able to get into that frame of mind possibly because I wasn’t 100% sold until I met a guy in NYC who is a monk from a temple in China Town. He explained to me how to meditate and why one should meditate as well as the benefits. Meditation in conjunction with exercise is an amazing force.
HustleMuscleMaybe this is why I always forget to do cardio ..
There are many other benefits to exercise as you know. This is a good one. I have seen studies where higher levels of Test also reduce the chances of Alzheimers.
I guess this doesn't apply if you've been running tren...
Well it does say that exercise may help the body clear away the plaque that Tren is said to cause but there's not much one can do about dead brain cells.
Thanks for sharing man
ReddickFireTraining is the solution to many problems encountered during growth, do not forget the vagina lol
Thanks Bro
You can literally tell how beneficial exercise is for the brain within an hour after training - If I've had a few days rest beforehand I often go into a session foggy minded and jaded then once its over I feel so much more focused and refreshed. Its like putting a different head on, going for a walk or brief run is similiar in how they make you feel but only 50% as good as how a weights session changes your mindset.
X2
No doubt brother, I have to workout or I find myself in a bit of a funk. After a couple days rest I know it's time to hit the gym. Once I do, the endorphins get going and it's back to normal. Also why I've been liking these morning workouts, great way to start the day. I was going pretty late at night at one point. Now I've got to where I'll go a little earlier in the evening or just hit it in the morning. Only problem I have with the morning workouts is I get the "he's gotta be on steroids" face from my coworkers all day lol
