Yea go right ahead and fuck around with your thyroid if you want but ill promise you one thing you'll be right back on here in another thread "Please Help Thyroid Issues" Your thyroid is nothing to fuck around with, it controls and aids many other parts in the body and if you get to far out of wack you could be worm food 6ft under. Yea you might have a weight problem but if you would but in the time and hard work to get a sound solid diet plan and not be lazy and really exercise you could lose the weight safely. My Aunt got up to just over 300lbs due to a thyroid problem she Finialy got sick of being a fat slob and got her shit dialed in right and after 1yr she dropped 90lbs. 3yrs has gone by now and she's down to 150 something. Nothing can replace dedication and the will to succeed. Be smart man don't fuck around and kill yourself just stop being lazy. You have to want it bad enough to get it. Oh well my rant is over.
Good luck bro.
Troll.

Up the protein cut more calories and do some cardio.
You should see a doctor first and get your levels checked. Had a buddy do this and messed up his thyroid bad and is now supplementing with t3 prescribed by his doc.

RustyhookerSo youre a retread troll? Just do it bruh. Show us how it works for ya.
AnonThat's exactly what I was thinking
RustyhookerSame guy coming back to get his 2 mins of fame. Last time was other weird citings . Lol
Not broscience man, this is what my buddy told me from a doctor himself.
Be careful taking a small excerpt of one study done in the 50’s as scientific proof. I’d personally never touch the shit, unless I had a medical reason and under a doctors supervision. That being said though, the rebound effect would negate any positives you endured. There are no short cuts. I know too many people that had gastric bypass, lost the weight, and put the shit right back on. Same with stimulants.
I’ve yet to see anyone lose weight by an alternative means maintain that.
Everyone here is just looking out for you. As a community, we do want to promote safety. If you have concern about your thyroid, take it to your doctor and have bloods done.
Look at the possible complications, brofessor. I would hate to call you a cunt for no reason.
~Cheers!

He is desperate for a co-signer.
Must be a slow day at the internet fat kids website.
No doubt.
Like one member said the other day.
Seems we are experiencing
"a sudden gust of stupid".
Man, few things.
1.Your thyroid is one of those things you don't want to mess with without proper supervision.
2. As Irish said, 2 weeks isn't even nearly long enough to assume you've have a thyroid issue. As far as I'm concerned a pound would be good.
3.fat cells hold water before they shrink so I'd leave it another week and see if you suddenly drop another few pounds. Happens to everyone as they lose fat, weight fluctuates.
4. Unless there is a reason that you have put on your body (you fucking with t3,t4 before) that you would have a thyroid issue, then it's a very low chance that thyroid is the issue.
You could be counting calories wrong perhaps, forgetting to count sauces or butter, thinking they are irrelavent? If your metablosim is actually slow I would look into reverse dieting to try and speed it back up or even try PSMF if you are desperate to see quick results(worked great for me) again though, this is dependant on whether it was a self induced thyroid issue or not.
Have you actually been to a doctor and done blood tests to see if you have any medical problems that would make you gain weight ? 2 weeks is fuck all , do you expect to lose 5lbs+ a week or something .
Do not screw with thyroid. If you think it is low get it checked. You need monitoring frequently with medications. Your playing with fire. Be smart and recheck diet and cardio. Get some tests run and go from there
Don't do it.
1600-2K is hardly a "hard" diet.
What's more important is how much are you burning everyday?
RustyhookerNope. Not good without a REAL doctor.
Do you have insurance? Get a dr and dietician on your side. Sometimes the cals too low can stop your losses.
Also no mention whatsoever of your workout. But asking bout a hazardous med. Whats your macros? Whats your daily gym type? In detail! Not monday..chest....tuesday legs....full details
Solid advice
bigjooz23how about yours? you're still 40% bodyfat buddy
