What's up guys. I ordered some gear from a new source, just 4 vials of test, and the package was sitting in customs for about 10 days, before I received a letter from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection saying that they had interdicted a package that was addressed to me, that contained Controlled Substances. The description was: 1 envelope containing anabolic steroids. Then, the rest of the letter basically said that I had two choices. Choice #1; elect to do nothing in response to this letter, and the controlled substances would just be destroyed. "Fuck, that sounds like a great job to have right? Ya know, the guys that destroy the controlled substances! I could use a little of this here, and a couple of those, no?" Anyway, Choice #2; elect to request that C.B.P.(Customs and " " ) basically stop all seizure and forfeiture proceedings to allow me to engage in a formal legal process for the return of the property. Then it says that enclosed is an election of proceedings document, and it says to indicate your decision, sign, date, and return the document to the address indicated. But I'm just not responding to anything, and let them destroy the shit!The last sentence said future attempts to import controlled substances may result in personal penalties or criminal prosecution! There's another page added, so if I decide that I'd like request a hearing declaring that, "Those were my anabolic steroids, and you're not taking them from me without a fight!". I have no idea what kind of schmuck what even think of responding to the letter, unless it was his legitimate test, and there was some kind of mix-up. I'm assuming that there were only a few vials of gear in the pack! I'm going to put up a picture of the two pages after I finish with this. For anybody who this has happened to before, or anyone who has reliable knowledge of this situation, I just have a few questions I'd like to ask you about. The main question I have is, is there really something called red-flagging an address, and if so, would my address be put into that just for one confiscation? This is the only time something like this has happened! Another question is, what would you guys think about the Re-shipment of the package, even if they send it from a different place?? And basically, in general, is it safe for me just to receive packs, but just to not get out of control? The main reason I believe for the confiscated package was because it was shipped from CN!! Any package from CN to the U.S., is going to be very well searched because of all of the fuckin fenta coming into the U.S. If anyone who's knowledgeable about this type of situation, please help me out with any info you can.
