Just thought I'd drop in & say 'Hi'.
I'm 58, 220, 17.5 ' a, 48"c, 34" w, 28" Thighs and 16" calves. I still feel great and some say I look much younger. Been lifting on/off since I was 19
Sigh,............ youngsters.
Age is just a number. Im pushing 43 and feel better than I did at 23. Still getting looks from the college kids where I work helps to keep the ego inflated appropriately. Lol
Just turned forty and had a 21 year old chick playing with my biceps at the bar the other night. She kept coming up and squeezing them saying how big they are and how hard they are. Her boyfriend was not impressed. And neither was my wife. Hell she even had her dad come look at them. Talk about an ego boost.
