I'm curious as to peoples opinion do you prefer to run a few different compounds or run more but in lower doses for synergy etc ? I'm not planning a course or anything just curious to peoples approach...

Its all about finding out what works well for you - what you find easy/enjoyable to run others will hate and vice versa. Its also a godsend when you find compounds that work very well with each other and reduce another compounds side effects etc.

The truth I've come to learn is simple test cycles can be manipulated in so many ways. There really isn't any need for crazy doses and dangerous compounds.
Look for a member call VIKING and check out one of his old pics of the comp he was in. The whole cycle was sust only nothing else...............

andrejcutlerDifferent substances have different pros and cons. But stacking enables great results without having to push the doses of the other substances currently being utilized so far. But I'm not just going to keep adding different substances to the mix and hope for better results. Different stacks are optimal for certain results.

Was 285 lbs about three weeks ago before started cutting. I’m 6,1. Not sure on body fat... 15% at that weight ?

I agree, get to know each element before you add loads. Saying that once you’ve tried individually combinations are/can be good. You make a good point about people reading it on here and thinking that makes it ok.
Some of the UGL blends nowadays I think encourage shooting 3 different drugs, it’s normally cheaper to buy s rip blend than test and tren seperately so I can see that people end up adding mast because it’s basicly free. Not because they want or need it.
RustyhookerBlends are way too tempting based on price. I always wonder whats missing or half dosed. Mast is 70 bucks alone yet cut blend is 70 for all three. Lol!
I prefer to make my own blend. Then i can control whats happening to a better degree. 30/75/75 has been good as an example but i cant go past 6 weeks. I get introverted and jealous.
Small mix vs big solo run.... i do like the small mix better. But its taken a long time adjusting to find a useable happy medium.
On the other side of the coin though a simple 2 item run sure eliminates the pin timing, ai, da etc worries. Focus more on just eat and lift. Test eq all alone is my favorite. Then tail end i can visually see where i am to pick a taper. If abs show...prop and var or prop mast. If bulking simple prop taper. Save the fancy items for spring.

Yeah but I don’t and never will look remotely like Phil Heath.
Since I've started running more than just test cycles. I will run my test at 150mgs. Usually will run an oral kicker, and the other injectable I will run at a moderate dose. I won't run more than two oils at the same time anymore. I've ran as many as three but I just didn't feel like there was any added benefit. Not for me at least.
Got my best results by using low test base, plus a heavy anabolic.... hit a plateau at 8/10weeks... dropped the bigger anabolic and maintained low test for 2 weeks then smash back on the heavy lifting compound
Was like 2 cycles in 1
Long duration of course which needs consideration
Whatever you've been doing the last couple of years has been working mate so whatever your doing stick with it!

The compounds will maximize your genetic potential; your genetics will only take you so far...you either got “it” or you don’t...
Using multiple compounds at once is a risk I’m not willing to take.
Dominick77Maybe an outdated concept these days but you really need to experiment with different compounds one at a time to see how your body responds... this is invaluable knowledge not attained in any other way. Only way to know which specific compound doesn't work or is giving you trouble. Most have no patience for this, and simply jump on multiple hormones from the get go... like dummies

I like to stack many compounds together .
For example. First thing in the morning I add 6 eggs, one cup oats, half cup blue berries, half cup milk, a hand full of fresh spinach and 2 scoops vanilla protein powder. Oh yeah and some cinnamon in the blender mmm mmm breakfast stack is my fav

I personally prefer fewer compounds , I have nothing against guys who run 3 , 4 , 5 compounds in one cycle , its their choice .

I like to experiment with a few at a time.
Stick with testosterone cyp or enanthate. It works every time. You dont need high does and crazy cycles with 6 different drugs unless your competing on a national level. Just advice
Thank you and I do accept that I could just use test, I just like to try different things. See how I react, and look for synergy between substances.
You could also try the different compounds with test and just run the test at a trt dose do u don't get suppressed..I would still only add1 more compound at a time till you know how u react
I agree I often keep test at 250 ish a week and run something else with it. Just enough test to counter any shut down.

There is no.magic dose or compounds run together that will make you a monster. It just does not work so simple. Be safe
I know there is no magic answer but I enjoy learning about the subject and reading only takes you so far. I do always keep it sensible. Like I say I didn’t write this because I’m trying to workout what to do... I’m interested in learning others views.
