Digital or Print??
ad
More and more people are getting magazine subscriptions in digital form.. not me By God.. I still like to crack open the cover of my Muscle & Fitness or men’s health and read the pages / deal the paper in my hands or sit on my shitter while I decompress and read about incline bench presses or why this new food will make you better in bed. I knowone day I will prob have no choice but to go digital but I refuse to now.
How many of you like digital magazines over actual paper versions or vise versa?

Paper all day. Staring a computer screen all day is not the healthiest of endeavors. With the toxic battery systems and power cords to name a just a few . Paper will always rule. Unfortunately the bodybuilding periodicals are just not the same as they once were. I still have many old Flex mags from back in the 1990s. Flipping through these magazines you can really see the transition from the beautiful fully developed human form to the bloated pregnant out of shape messes that pass for bodybuilders today. I almost laugh when I see what passes as a "pro" these days. Amazing to see just how quickly - that certain taboo substance that we don't mention here- utterly destroyed modern bodybuilding
Unless they invent a tri fold tablet or phone, it's print for me.
Is there a difference between listening to a CD and listening to an iTunes download?
I like 8 tracks lol
Records are okay, but the hipsters who buy new music on vinyl just because of the format blow my mind. Pretty much all modern music is digitally mastered, not analog, so it really doesn’t make sense. Picking up Black Sabbath’s Master of Reality on vinyl is cool. Picking up Kendrick Lamar’s Damn. on vinyl makes zero sense.
There is a big difference in the sound from CD verses records or at least I think do
Trad rather than digi.
Ironically, there is a meditation in reading print but the opposite effect occurs when reading digi.
I know this is stating the obvious but; there is something tangible with print.... it makes the whole experience better/more enjoyable.
ReForestation all the way for me!
Fuck the internet!!
Save the library!!!!.
I like paper for books and magazines, but I work in front of a computer all day so outside of work the last thing I wanna see is another freakin screen if there are other options. Paper is easier on my eyes for one thing, and the other is I'm just old school I guess. But paper actually relaxes my eyes. Wish this forum were on paper. Responses might take a bit though. Pen pals anyone?
AnonI get my Sgt. GRIT, 4Wheelin, Guns and Ammo and a few others still sent to me. They're in a stack by the shitter, I've never been into the muscle mags, most are photo shopped and sponsors selling something, plus I'll never look like that so why fool myself by reading about someone who does.
Oh I know I just like to read them because I’m interested in fitness that’s all. I get the American hunter and guns and ammo lol
Digital all the way
Man I tried digital just not my thing I think it’s the age gap between us
Kindle books and magazines are a lot cheaper and it makes me feel all snobby about doing my part to help slow deforestation.
Wait I’m sorry let me put down my axe.. I was out chopping down trees..
No one’s gonna mess with a lumberjack who can press the logs he chops down. Carry on.
Lol.. but njoking aside this deep freeze we are in I have been suplimenting my gas furnace with the fire place to. Keep my energy bill down
Ha, shit that’s all I use for heat! Firewood all the way, plus it warms you up 3-times
