We've been discussing Rusty's thread on quad injections, & I enjoy seeing all the different perspectives. I personally love to pin quads. However, my #1 place to pin is pecs!! At first I thought no way, but now it's easier than anyplace else. I pin about an 1" over from nipple & an 1" up from there. Quad is definitely 2nd. I'm interested to see everyone's thoughts & no one says bi's or calves please... hahaha

I've recently started sing my clafs for my cruise dose. It hurt for a while but it's all good now ;)

I have not regretted hit the ventro glute not one time & I do however regret that I didn’t start pinning there sooner! So, traps or bi’s next??

I’m planning tri’s, but calves are nowhere’s in my plans lol... I’ve heard too many bad stories & there’s too many better sites!

Lol yes Sr calf's are not for everyone ,but some reason they are my sweet spot

For me it’s quads every time. Nice big site. Plenty of room to rotate sites and the added bonus of having both hands to use. What’s not to like!

You definitely need to make sure you have plenty other options Bro! If you are hitting 4 different places on the quad, it’s still better to have more rotation. I have 10 & plan on going up.

I’ve only had it a few times but that is usually down to my own practice to be honest. Never anything major.

Quads frighten me, but I admit, it's due to lack of experience. I'm a glute only guy (so far) because my goals don't require loads of oil. However, I admit, in the years to come, I have the daydream of doing a solid LONG cycle of primobolan, just to see what the fuss is about! (I've used it low dose and I really believe it's benefited my immune system, not to mention the benefits I see from physique changes). Thank you for sharing your input regarding pin placements, too! There's always something to learn, eh? Dang.

like i said took some time off , im blowing back up so lets see how the pecs#go tomorrow. and im a prop runner. so. , i know ill feel it. Smile

I like to stay @ 1- 1.5cc. I have went up to 2cc without any issues, but I’d rather not go above 1.5cc.

I did 1cc right off the bat & surprisingly pip was minimal. It was noticeable, but tolerable enough to work chest the next day .

I finally pinned my pecks after reading this, I can't believe I haven't pinned there before, it's as simple as pinning quads. Im not gonna lie, I was a little nervous and stood there sweating like a fat kid at a cupcake shop. But after the initial fear of pokin needles in the general vicinity of my heart I've decided pecs are the on the top 3 sites for me now. Thanks jarhead.

Hahah yep, but don't worry, the 'ol heart is way deeper that that needle. Unless you're using one of those 5 inch pig stickers the vets use on horses. Which I hope you aren't. That shit would be painful. I get light headed looking at 1.5 inch pins lmao.

when i started pinning i use to go to agway , and get the 5cc horse needles. 18 or 16 gauge. ... and 1.5 inch. until i got involved with the sites , i was away a long time so everything out here was new to me. .. it was like sticking a ice pic in your ass or shoulder. .. and bleed. lol. 25 g 1" are a pleasure.

Hah I can only imagine the blood. I use 27g 1/2 in for pretty much everything except glutes. If I go over 1cc I'll use a longer needle, 27g 1.25 in or 25g 1in.

Thanks man! I'm overly excited about it. I hate pinning my glutes, even ventro glute, so the pecs are taking their place lmao. I look like a cow doing yoga when I pin my glute. It's horrible and embarrassing.

Quads by far are my favorite spot. I'm lucky on the pip there. There were a few high mg pins that made me hobble, but these days it's the most painless spot I have. My delts are fairly scarred up and hard to reach, so I only use those when running shorts.
I'd like to try calves. At a guess, mine are hugging 19". But y'all have scared me away from that one with the horror stories.

Biceps and triceps #1

Glutes #2. Wife has to pin them for me as I can't reach without pulling a muscle in my back

Quads #3 Would be #1 but I've been having minor muscle spasms in them and if it happens while pinning I get big time pip

If I'm pinning eod I'll throw in ventro glutes and delts for ten sites e3d I'll just use those six

What size needle do you use on your bi's? I'd love to start using them in my rotation, I've tried to pin them before, and even using a 30g slin pin they spasm, I know that would lead to horendous pip so I just gave up on them.

I go with a 25 ga 1 inch and leave about 1/4 inch out while I push the plunger.

I don't pin quads ever bc it's the only place I get pip from short esters.

But if you can have your girl or bro pin your rear delts it painless. Love that. However it's impossible to do it by yourself.
