So I ran my last cycle July 2016 - October 2016. Before this 4th cycle, I ran 3 previous cycles with similiar protocols.

Ran Test E 500mg, Anavar 50mg ED, and Masteron 300mg weekly. Did proper PCT Nolva -40/40/20/20 & Clomid 100/100/50/50 with pharma grade.

PCT was one of the best I had. Motivation was still high, kept a lot of LBM, strength, and felt great overall. Never had any depression or loss of energy.

I got bloodwork done in February 2017 which was 3-4 months after PCT. Testosterone levels were within normal ranges although they seem a bit low.

Free Test - 47 pg/ml reference range 34 - 194

Free & Weakly bound Test - 125 ng/dl reference range 84 - 402

SHBG - 31 nmol/L reference range 10- 80

Fast forward a year later I'm starting to notice a small lump about 1 inch in diameter under my left nipple. It is sorta hard, feels like a soft rubber material. Not painful on touch, but definitely sensitive. It is under my left nipple ONLY, no lumps on the right side of my chest.

I went to the doctor today and he verified it definitely is a lump (gee thanks). Suggests I get a mammogram.

What does Eroids suggest I do? I have heard of treating it with Letro, nolva, or clomid. But I keep reading multiple suggestions.

I had a very similar experience to yours, although my lump was not as large. I did not pursue medical opinions as I was pretty sure it was due to my prior aas use, and since the lump was the size of a pea. If you want to be safe, simply get the recommended tests done as there is a chance it could be a tumor.

It's highly probable that the gyno was there during the cycle but you hadn't noticed. It's hard to spot unless you're probing your chest really. I think it tends to form on the side on which you lie whilst sleeping since that where blood tend to accumulate. It will build up in size slowly, so your lump has likely been at it since you went off the pct drugs.

I resolved my gyno fairly easily with the use of letro followed by nolva. I used 1 tab of letro for 14 days, and shifted to an aggressive 60mg of nolva for another 14 days approximately 5 days after my last letro dose. I tapered off the nolva following to ensure no estro rebound. I tried this since lower dose (20 mg for 30 days) nolva therapy cause it the gyno to rebound within 2 months. The protocol fixed my problem (No gyno for 6+months) but getting through that month was a real grind. Low estrogen is bad for your mental health and soft tissues are also vulnerable. Do not lift heavy if you try this and keep lifestyle stress in check.

For sure my friend like many have said hit the Dr up and get a good check up and let him investigate that. Always and I mean always better to be safe than sorry. Everyone of us can speculat what the issue is but only your Dr can say for sure. Good luck my friend. Hoping for only the best turn out for you. Do what your Dr recommends.

Thing of it is, unless its been very much so overtly caused by a here&now current cycle where test is skyhigh with high estro and a pretty obvious lead-in to the lump growing, then it could be dangerous to suggest typical next steps.
Fact is, AAS promote tumour growth.
SERMs and AIs would mask such things, given they are estrogen exclusion therapies for people with cancer etc.
So, not to be alarmist at all now, but youre best off getting some real help as the lads have already said rather than us all speculating!

Doctor will tell you what you need to do, dont try and take it upon yourself. If you try letro or any other ai and they administar a test it will skew the numbers.

They do the mammogram to make sure its not cancer which of course can be very serious so its something you definitely want to follow through with.
I been down the same road did the mammogram and the only thing that can make a lump go away is time off or nolvadex... in my experience those that reccommend letro have never actual used letro as it just crashed my estro immediately.. 10 mg of nolva ed for a month or month and a half and lumps gone.

Your doc is aware of the situation, I suggest doing what he recommends....get the mamagram, let the professionals handle it from here....hope it's nothing serious bro, good luck!

I would get more blood work and go from there. If that's not an option then I would try the letro protocol
