My Prep Cycle for My Strongman Comp
This is just a informative thread .. ( I will not post dosages please don't ask thank you in advance).
This is my go to cycle when I'm training for a event like I am now.
FOOD FOOD FOOD.. I will start out at around 5000 calories a day and end up around 7500 mid cycle
Protein 350-400 grams a day
Carbs 500-600 maybe more depending on how I'm feeling.. honestly for me I don't pay attention to the rest
I usually will throw a few table spoons of sugar in my water bottle when I'm really going heavy I find it helps keep my glucose levels up and get better work outs .
CREDIT TO PMOB he told me can of Coke 45 min before my work out will spike my insulin levels been doing this for a good while now and it works.
Your not going to get lean nor ripped on this but if you want strength I mean car moving power this is my staple go to . I DONT RECOMEND HALO TO ANYONE THATS NOT TRAINING FOR A EVENT...
I start 20 weeks out
I use aromasin I adjust my dose on how I'm feeling and responding to compounds. Also I have letro / caber and nolvadex just in case shit hits the fan. any questions ask let's get some real conversation going
Week 1-20
Sustanon ED injections
Week 1-6
NPP ED injections
Week 1-20
Decca injections 2x per week
Week 16-20
Test suspension water based x 3 injections per day
Week 16-20
Halo 1st and 2nd week same dose
Last 2 weeks up my dosage

AnonI would he highly interested in what your training routine is, I would like to change up my strength training routine especially for chest, I am still not fully healed from the pec tear I suffered in April and maybe you do things different that could help me out

CronusDo you find it benificial to drink the sugar water prior, post or during your workout? I've done it prior and during but found that prior I had more of a boost combined with my pre workout.
Suprised there is no long ester like test e in back ground for stable, even just 1ml a week.
Suprised no anadrol.
But nice cycle.
Id do same cycle minus your orals and test susp and add anadrol and the test e base for a normal good bulk.
Ill bet your dosing is massive though lol.
I think taking sust ED will keep bloods pretty stable. I like the anadrol idea though. Makes perfect sense.
Sust ed isnt something that should be followed all the time.
Its not what it was intended for.

Prop is the short ester.
Prop is good for every other day. I still believe he would be fine taking sust everyday as far as levels staying level. Adding test E wouldn't hurt.
Doesn't make sense when I get headaches and it effects my training

With regard to the suspension I've seen you post in favor of using it around your biggest meals. With three pins are they all food centered or is one preworkout and the other two around meal time? What works best for you?

Would that be more beneficial after training? I thought the insulin spike was to shuttle nutrients into muscle cells immediately following trading.
That's how I been doing it for years. I love coke, but it doesn't mix with bodybuilding unless like you said you drink it post workout. Does exactly what you said it does, atleast in theory lol. Preworkout it should help provide some sustained energy.
I find "pure carbs" malto give big natural insulin spike to the point i get head ache quick if dont eat.
Coke is bad lol i dont have any soda srinks ever.
When im being good I have cyto carb i think its called, 50% malto 50% dextrose and I add that to my shake pwo. Coke tastes delicious, but the fact it can be used as a toliet bowl cleaner and all this other shit grosses me out. It does the job post workout and is like a cheat but not really. Any other time of the day it would be cheating but pwo its just a high gi carb to replensih glycogen and shuttle nutrients. I remember jay cutler saying one time the year he looked his best his pwo shake was whey, and then for carbs it was cherry coke and gummy bears lol.

Just reminded of when i was a young pup starting out.
I got
- a tub of choc weight gainer
- a tub of creatine monohydrate
- a tub of bcaa tablets
- a tub of n.o pwo
And a tub of multivitamins.
I took them all on a time schedule same time and right times everyday.
It all actually fkn worked i put on size over a 3 month period and was strong as fuck.
At that stage i was about 17/18, simpler times lol.
The only problem was after a few more years i got into the internet and started reading and looking to buy these supps online- i believe i was getting all excited about the miracle- creatine ethyl ester lol and from that i got linked to a few pro hormone pages and started reading on them and i found the " amazing" "magical" pill -mdrol- ( superdrol ) lol then i became obsessed and was able to find a guy in the uk supp industry to send me i think 300 10mg tabs.
I was convinced in 3 weeks id look like brock lesnar back then lol.
They came and i remember thinking i was a king i even locked the tabs in a little safe lol i put on like 9kgs no bs but i wasnt satisfied so then i joined a forum and kept reading obviously we werent around then, and i started getting all these new phs sent to me for free, mdrol, hdrol, m1t, superdrol, epi, m14ad, boladrol, tren fkn list goes on, i was smashing them all lol stacked m1t with superdrol at one time.
Lol then my mate told me he was on actual test i was like wtf hook me up!
$700 for two bottles of test e! $350 a bottle was average rate for quite a few years in my hood down in oz.
I fkn loved it and it made me feel like a king ( obviously all the phs shut me down ) and the test influx just made me feel incredible, lol never looked back after that, test is my king.
I still cycle and pct to this day.

Wow You managed to run M1T with Superdrol and still function with no Test?! Lol I bet it felt like heaven when that first Test injection hit. I remember when I first started out and it was just on the prohormone run also - I did a couple of tubs of a mild tren based version and always thought I felt a bit bogged down & tired when training haha Then I read online about people running them with a test base like you would normal orals and then Bang!! It was like the world was 100x a better place to be lol
I'm a fan of 24 oz of chocolate milk post workout.
I do that on and of myself if im just craving something like that or im out of whey. First off its delicious, its got plenty of high gi carbs, only thing is theres only like 32g of protein in the ones i used to buy. Preferably id get 50-60. 32 or whatever it is isnt bad though considering I eat a big meal like 45 mins after. But still with the increased nitrogen retention and huge increase in protein synthesis from gear id much rather 50-70gs directly post workout.
I just flat out don't like pop. It's too sweet and it makes me teeth feel weird. I just toss 40-50 grams of honey into my post WO shake. I think honey is about as high as it gets on the GI scale next to pure glucose.

You can absolutely .., but I like mine spiking during.. my prework out meal and shake so it gets used hopefully to it's maximum .. it's the same therory when you take ( taboo subject ) pre work out or some like taking it right after I think results are the same or close . I done it both ways seen no difference

How's your liver enzymes after that much halo?
I don't train for powerlifting but a couple of people I know who do say anadrol is there favorite for strength, what's your take on this?
I have bloods drawn 3 times during my cycle so I can monitor it .. I usually take a high dose of liv52 keeps it pretty good.. anadrol is good but it's hard on me to run very long I get headaches on it.
Strong man comp is the one where your lifting the big Rock balls and carrying them.

Is your workout based on powerlifting?
Meaning all heavy weight less reps or do you train a different way?

Sometimes they have that event but honestly not very often .. and yes I will train a different way super heavy low reps, but I will throw a few mid heavy days higher reps do I can keep my endurance up. I do zero cardio as well,

What's your typical aro schedule? I read mac's write up on it and am taking his advice to dose every day, just wondering what has worked for you especially with nandrolone in the mix
I will use 12.5 maybe every 3rd day it just really depends on how my body reacts
I'm the same. Any more then that and I get really sore joints. E2 hasn't been a problem. I'm sure we run much different dosages but I've found eod+ works for me to.

It's very rare I get pip I guess it's years and years of injections in my body
