Great guys. Very prompt on orders and timely on shipping. This is a review on like my 7th order. Like all the products I recieved.
Very good communication and support as I was new to the whole process.
Two weeks, maybe a little longer on a couple, but always arrived. Packed very well and descrete.
I’m gains went 150-175. Kept 170 after loosing water weight 4weeks.

I have been a loyal customer of Body Anabolics for over 3 years. They have always delivered great products with fast shipping. No problems. Until NOW. I placed a big order which after ten days did not arrive. When I emailed them to inquire re delays etc, they were extremely rude and dismissive in their reply. They clearly don't give a crap about their customers. Yet they claim to offer excellent customer service. As a loyal customer of 3 years, their attitude was not on. Very disrespectful and disappointing that my order has still not arrived. They are not willing to do anything to remedy the situation despite my loyalty over the years. They couldn't even offer an apology or a polite reply. I used to recommend this site. I won't be recommending any more and they have lost a longstanding customer. Very disappointing.

Quick, cheap and genuine. At first I was slightly hesitant as you could not pay by debit/credit card, however, I understand the logistical reason why and that it's easier to pay by bank transfer. I ordered from them in the morning, paid shortly after and then received confirmation that my order had been shipped around 3PM. I received them within about 24 hours after purchasing and the item ordered was genuine and packaged very well. Now at least I know if I need to order something urgently I have a place to come.

-2THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!
-So i ordered my product without any issue sent the funds and was collected by him a day later. Then he gave me a tracking number ..so far soo good. well I kept track of my shipping everything was great until it got to customs where it stayed for a week I was concerned so I email him for help all he says is its either a delay or you need to wait for a seize letter/ Ok awesome so I continue to wait another week goes by and my package still has not moved from its location I assume its a lost cause so I email him again explain to him whats going on all he says is we don't do refunds and to read the shipping policy. so we continue to email each other and apparently I have to explain to him how business is done which is simple customers pays then customers gets their product you see easy! he returns with just the nastiest customer service I have ever seen after I provide him with proof of a sieze. Its been 4 weeks and still no product just a Customs letter is all I have for decoration I guess. He is a thieve and a scam artist and disrespectful.

This is an awesome company and I would recommend this source to others. Their delivery time is the fastest of any supplier that I have used and their communication is right on. I ordered this past Saturday early morning (pacific standard time) and sent the payment a bit later. They picked up payment the next day and shipped item on Monday and it is to be delivered Friday the 10th. It arrived earlier today at customs in San Francisco and it cleared. I am very impressed with their service and I will be using them again. I ordered the dball and it went through customs no problem. I am appalled with the way you have written the email. Freaking is this the professional way to conduct a bussiness. Now First of all when I got a response from you about my order, just like any person your first attention will go to the place where it says bank account to transfer the money to. When I didn't see that info, I wrote back to you guys. When I did so, just like any normal person, I completely forgot the original email which had the order. Then after a few days you sent me the bank account number. Now, when I got the bank account number I am obviously not going to go back to the original email with the order. I will only read the present email and then only send money to the bank account. I mean if instead when you sent me the bank account you had also sent me the instructions about what is to be filled in the bank accoutn at the same time it would have stuck in my attention and I would have entered the order number etc. That is the professional way of conducting bussiness. Because every bussiness that is trying to appeal to the comfort of the customers knows that the customers life is not centred around the bussiness. In such a case the bussiness has to make sure that the information has to be to the point and exhaustive at every point the information is sent. A bussiness that sends one email one day and then another email few days later and expects the customer to remember the contents of the first email is not conducting a professional enterprise at all. Finally the response that I got from you which involved abusives shows perfectly well that you are not at all in the mood for any professionalism. Well, these kind of attitudes are going ot affect you in the long run. Trust me, because if your behavior was actually the way someone was to run a bussiness all the world bussiness leaders would do the same.
