IGF LR3, leaving red rashes/bumps

I been using IGF LR3 from a good legit source.
Before I never had any issues, but lately I am having red bump/rashes at location of injection.
Dosage is about the same
Why? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Might be injecting into the skin and not the layer underneath.... Make sure you are subQ
Sometimes from bad partide. Its not good when you get red bump.
