Currently in week 3 down 9 pounds. Started at 272
Running 420 test with 720 eq for 20 weeks. 4 week kick with 50 mg var. 6 week finisher with 50 mg winny.

Thank for the support. I hear you! For me the diet part isn't too bad. Gonna slowly lower carbs/calories over 20 weeks. The fucking cardio is kicking my ass right now. Didn't do much of that over the winter. Usually takes me about 5-6 weeks until my legs get acclimated to the extra work.

You're 272 pounds. So walking 2.5mph is WAY different than someone 212 walking 2.5 mph...
Please don't run or jog, you'll fuck yourself up.
I like to jog a slow mile keeping my heels from touching the track once or twice a week. Other than that I just use the bike at the gym. Toe running reduces impact and really brings up my calves.
