Started at a soft 280. Got down to 249. Going to try to keep abs for the winter and then bulk big time after January. The cardio and diet sucked ass but it was worth it

20 weeks of 420 test, 720 eq. Kicked with 50mg var for 4 weeks. Finished with 6 weeks winny 50mg.

Thanks, bro! The diet didn't bother me too much, but I'm not going to lie the cardio killed my leg strength and it took some time for my ego to accept that.
Yeah our egos can be our own worst enemies!! How bad did the cardio kill your leg strength??
Didn't get over 275 on Squats. Usually 405-455 when no cardio. Legs just felt too fatigued. Didn't want to get injured. Don't do much other than squats and sprints for quads. Quads grow super easy. Have to be careful or get too big for pants.
