+ 20 Week 17 of EQ Cut

I have been cutting on 420 test and 720 EQ for the last 17 weeks. I started at 281 and I'm currently at 251. Started 50mg winny 10 days ago with 40 to go. Gonna run cycle 5-6 more weeks because thats about what's left in the EQ bottle. I'm TRT so PCT worries. Hope to trim off another 6 to 10 lb. Have been doing 60 minute cardio before breakfast and 30-60 minute cardio post workout daily. Calories vary between 2400 and 3000. Going to take it down to 2000 to 2500 for the next month and see what happens. Only problem I have is that when calories get below 2500 my energy, mood, and strength go to shit. I would really like to see the 2 abs below my belly button. Haven't seen them in about 20 years.

Looking solid! 251 is beast! Keep going those 2 abs are yours for the taking. Sounds like you got the diet locked down and that is the hardest part!

I have not been eating 2400-3000 the entire time. Started by just cleaning up diet for 1st month and adding fasted cardio and have been slowly reducing calories and increasing cardio every 3-4 weeks. Tried to go below 2400 two weeks ago. Lasted 3 days. But with only about a month left I really want to get as much fat off as possible.
MightyMatt812Good job but to get down where you want you have to leave the ego at the door doing it properly you will loose strength and be irritable it's just the nature of the beast with a pure cut cycle it's always hard as hell to drop them cals but it gets easier once ur body adapts I will eat 8 small meals to try to fool myself in thinking I'm eating more and snacking on nuts and seeds . You can do it look how far you come time to push harder than ever now
We're talking a lean 250 lb guy here. Don't you think 2,400 kcals a day is extreme enough? Just as important as losing the fat is retaining the muscle mass, right?
MightyMatt812I wouldn't go under that but he said he only lasted 3 days and ya your gonna loose some muscle the object is to loose more fat than muscle that's why we take the things we take to minimize the muscle loss he's doing awesome so far he only has like he said 5-6 weeks left why not go 150% and try and get as much fat as he can if you don't push ur self you will never know your body's capablities
You're both right! Gonna keep calories at around 2500, but increase morning and postworkout cardio to 75 min and reduce rest between sets to 30 seconds. Let's see if I can't break under 250 by Sunday. Shit just got real!
