Matt on base of your article my results where also not very high with 4iu daily it was 43.1++nmol/l+, but my testosteron was 10.47 pretty low, because of a cycle few months before so perhaps estrogen was high, but how long you suggest for testing igf 1 levels after cycle?

Just checking back in with my review so far. The first day I received the gh i pinned 2iu am and 2iu pm but quickly I became sleepy all day so dropped it to 3iu still felt sleepy so decided just to drop it to 1iu am pre cardio on empty stomach and I'm telling you I haven't had this boost of energy in a while. I have a positive mindset now, a sense of well being. Also my workouts have become much more intense in the sense of all my muscle contractions and the movement flow perfectly. I believe this is to do with gh some how recovering my CNS. I can't wait to go back and train and feel that awesome connection in my movements. Everything seems for flow perfectly. Before I will feel easily fatigued from training intense or using heavy weight compounds movements now I feel my recovery is fast with just 6hr sleep a night.
