Any get sleepy all day from using 3iu a day? 1iu right after waking and 2iu after training around 8pm

3iu is low dose, normally 6iu per day, give u sleepy , i think u r more sensitive with gh. but after 2 weeks, the sides fade.

It's my first time running gh. When I first started I did 4iu a day split 2iu am and 2iu pm and that made me super sleepy. Brought it back down to 3iu a day split and the sleepyness went down a bit. I usually take a 40min nap around 11am and im good for the rest of the day. Been sleeping like a baby a night. I feel like i could get a good 8hr+ deep undisturbed sleep. It's hard to wake up in the am knowing my sleep feels so good lol.

yeah, as u r virgin, u r more sensitive. so its normal, u sleep like baby, hard to wake up, once u wake up, u rest 10 min, then u feel energy . then u need a nap as well.

Hey guys quick question starting running 3iu was wondering how long until igf1 levels rise because I want to get blood work done and check. Base level was 146 for a 46 year old male what should I expect as far as numbers. Thanks

1.pin 2iu-4iu per day, check if u get sides after one week.
2.after 3-4 weeks, make a blood test. u can follow this protocol:
pin 6iu-10iu, fast, 3h30, draw blood, check both gh serum and IGF1 .
gh serum could peak between 3h-4h. IGF1 will increase slowly by weeks.
igf1 level is more stable and accurate

i am waiting results now, i run about 7 months this hgh..i pinned 2.2iu 1,5 hour after my breakfast then waited about 3 hours then i took blood for igf 1

The only way to get an accurate measure of the quality of the HGH,fuck igf levels it bs! and can be effected by numerous things besides hgh.You must inject 10 iu on an empty stomach IM, get bloods drawn about 3 hrs after. anything lower then 10 ius you are wasting your time and might as well get a hand job. This is the only way to really see how potent a source is. Pinning 2 iu's of gh is a waste of money and time, its possible your own body can make more hgh. I mean what are we testing? HGH or some other hormone?? IGF is IGF not HGH. You could be shooting IGF peptide so testing for IGF when you are shooting HGH is retarded!

brothers we are all in this together.. So in order to do it right, i have a lab form to test IGF-1, i just pinned 2iu after 1,5 hour after my breakfast, would it suffice when i do the check now after pinning 1 hour ago hgh? or is this a waste of time?

Igf takes time to build, that's why I said wait a few weeks, if you pin and get a huge spike in igf a few hours later, that is then to be believed that it's igf and not hgh, which is what he was talking about. But if you wait a few weeks your igf levels will build up and without pinning a few hours or even a day at that your igf should be elevated. By what that dude said just made it all confusing for you, so to be clear again....

Wait 2-3 weeks after pinning ed then go get your blood drawn, doesn't matter time of day, fasting or not. And you don't need to inject on an empty stomach, that's for peptides.

The general view is Have a baseline test done first...
Then a test 3.5 hrs post pinning... Tho this might of changed... But for years this is the way ppl have tested

You stick to your pinning schedule, wake up in the morning, put some clothes on, brush your teeth, get yourself over to the lab that is going to collect your sample, let them draw your blood, go back home. Continue pinning schedule

That's for igf

For gh serum you can pin 2-10iu 3.5 hours before blood draw

By baseline he means your igf-1 prior to starting hgh...and 3.5 hours prior to test would be gh serum only, not for igf-1, wait a few weeks after starting gh to test for igf-1
